I accidentally left a package on the train and only realized it after exiting at Hatfield Gautrain Station. I immediately went back to enquire, and the security personnel responded without hesitation. They quickly alerted the other security teams on the train, and the package was found once the train reached Rosebank Gautrain Station. They then ensured that it was promptly returned to Hatfield Station. I am truly grateful to the security personnel for their outstanding efforts. Their teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service were greatly appreciated, and they turned a stressful situation into a positive experience
I made an enquiry on the Weelee website and received a response within just two minutes. Shortly after, I got a call from Tshegofatso Legoabe, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Since I was purchasing the car on finance, I sent through my documents, and she went the extra mile by coming to my place the very next day to show me the car. As soon as she returned to the office, I received a call from Anthea in finance. She was also incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Later that same day, Tshegofatso called to arrange for me to collect the car—and she even organized a ride for me, which I really appreciated. Within a week of receiving the car, she personally delivered my license disc and registration. I am truly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness shown by the entire Weelee team. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a second-hand car.
They made a mistake on my returns, which resulted in me owing SARS; when I contacted them to ask them to rectify the mistake, they kept saying they would get back to me; until this day, they never got back to me; I ended up fixing the error myself as the SARS debt kept accumulating penalties. What a waste of my money.
Horrible service, bought a tv stand in December 2020 and it was faulty and couldn't be assembled, they exchanged it in Jan 2021 and now it's February 2021 and the tv stand is already damaged, the drawers can't properly open they are jammed...... poor quality and they have horrible customer service......
I have been jumping from one service provider to the other for my home internet, ever since I signed up with supersonic I have been getting amazing connection, the call center agents are so friendly, professional and patient. If they say they will call you back after a certain time, trust me they call you back...... Thank you for an amazing service.
