Effortlessly amazing
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Wise Move enough! The entire process of helping with my move was smooth, seamless, and honestly far less stressful than any moving company I’ve used before. From the communication to the handling of everything on the day, the team was professional, efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took so much of the hassle out of moving and made what is usually a very overwhelming experience feel easy and well organised. Everything was handled with care, they arrived on time, and the whole move ran effortlessly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a moving company that actually delivers excellent service and peace of mind, Wise Move is definitely the one to use. Thank you again for making my move such a positive experience!

Quick to take you rmoney and THEN list you - after full payment!!!!
I have been waiting for a paid up letter from cell c since 30 June 2020 - YES 20 TWENTY!!! i have sent the proof of payment, to every single person i have spoken to from cell c for the past two years!!! I had to pay my contract fee as well as a penalty for closing the contract early ( due to covid lockdown) and this was done! i immediately sent the proof of payment and my number was changed to a pay as you go, a MONTH after paying cell C and having my number changed over to pay as you go CELL C decided to hand me over for NON payment.... after speaking to an agent, they assured me that this was a mistake and that they would remove me form ITC and send me my paid up letter as they could see on the system that the money was paid. TWO YEARS LATER, and begging and pleading and havong to explain the situation over and over an over again!! I even went into the cell c shops (many of them) to get assistance...all of them also confirmed that the contract was paid up!! I am STILL WAITING FOR MY PAID UP LETTER - AND I AM STILL LISTED ON ITC!! SURELY THIS IS NOT LEGAL TO HAND A CLIENT OVER AFTER FULL PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED !!! i spoke to 5 other cell c agents this morning, one decided to just drop the call!! all have the same little story, "we are waiting for feedback" " we are investigating" " we understand your frustration" " we apologize for the inconvenience" " we have escalated" " your query is important to us" " we will provide you with feedback" and my ALL TIME FAVOURITE ONE " we have to wait for the turn around time of 3-5 working days" it has been over 730 days now..... it seems that the only way you can get any sort of action out of cell c ...is f you have a billboard put up in Sandton!!!! i will never in my entire life recommend that ANY person join cell c !! what a bunch of idiots that hide behind rehe****d responses and made up Turnaround times!!!

Cell c Sh*t Show
I am beyond fed up!!! i stopped my contract with cell c TWO YEARS ago, all was paid up....but CELL C decided to place my name on ITC. after speaking to them and "fixing" the problem, i was advised that this was an error on their side and that they would correct this. I have a reference number from their so called LEGAL department Ref: 0063003345....two years later and NO PAID UP LETTER ?!!!!!!! This morning i have been on the phone for nearly 3 hours trying to just speak to someone - when i finally got to the right department and explained my story...the lady on the other side decided that she was not in the mood for this sh*t show and just stayed silent and dropped the call! how do you continue falsely listing people on ITC - do you get incentives for placing people on ITC?? This is exactly why people are leaving cell c!
