Been waiting for my refund for almost a month now. This is ridiculous, it's theft.
Had a loan with Atlas that was later on referred to Debt tec. Have since paid it off, got the settlement letter, but they still haven't updated it on my credit reports (Experian and Transunion). They keep referring me back to Debt Tec, who keeps saying it's updated and it's not.
There is a prescribed debt on my profile , because it's for a debt that you guys bought from homechoice. This debt is prescribed and you guys keep updating it as if I'm paying it. This debt is prescribed. I've never paid anything to you guys. Please remove from my profile. Failing which I will visit NCR.
Bought blu vouchers on Saturday for R400 and today for R150 with the edgars USSD and didn't get any pin. Today I called to check. Edgars transferred me to Bluelabel and Esethu told me that she can't help, she needs to escalate, asked to speak to her supervisor where she refused more than 5 times. Been on the phone for more than 15 minutes and 8 of which I've been holding and I don't know why I'm holding.

Made a layby earlier this month I made a layby at your store at N1 City mall in WC. Yesterday I went to cancel the layby. When I paid I used my phone. Yesterday they refused to refund me. I showed them the card on my phone that I used. It's a debit card, they refused to refund me cash siting that they don't carry cash in store this was Lu-Lu who said this, but the funny thing in while standing there wanting my refund the cashier gave the guy who canceled my layby R11K to go drop somewhere. I want my money back I didn't pay with a credit card, I paid with a debit card and i know that I'm able to be refunded cash. The reason why I use the phone is because I misplaced my bank card. I want my money please. Lu-Lu was very rude.
Went to Makro in Montague this afternoon, filled up my trolley with urgent things I needed. Upon my arrival at the till, I told them that I'm going to pay with 2 Makro gift card. The lady took the cards tried to check the balance then she told me that they had expired. I can not begin to explain my frustration. I purchased the 2 Makro gift cards in December 2023 and they had expired in less than a month. I tried to send the sms to the number in the back of the cards for the balance, the SMS didn't even go through (I have enough airtime). Tried calling with 3 different phones, which are on 3 different networks still call didn't go through. I had in my trolley a gate that needed to be installed a the installer was waiting at my house, so I had to pay him a callout fee (waste of my money), and you can imagine how much it was as it was already after 18:00 when I was told the cards expired, I also had a gas stove to assist with loadshedding as it was starting in my area at 18:00, guess what my 2 year old kids slept hungry, because Mommy couldn't cook for them as the stove was left in the trolley at Makro. The pillows that I needed also. It's scary that the cards can expire in less than a month and I had loaded R2000 on each to cover me for January. and every I had to leave at the store, because your system is making cards expire before the 3 years that were mentioned. I need to understand how is this possible. I wasted my time and my fuel going there as the trip was fruitless, because your system is awful. I need this to be resolved and treated with urgency.
Went to McDonald's in Parklands,Restaurant # 1970237. Was at the drive thru. I redemed the first part of my order, then the lady told me to wait without and explanation as I was about to do my second Redemption. Eventually after 10 minutes she took the rest of my order. And it wasn't displayed on the order screen. When I got to the window she says I have pay and I asked to relay the order for me as I'm not sure she got everything. Instead she told me I'm annoying and irritating her. Told her I want to see her Manager she ignored me and continued about her business. I told her I wouldn't drive to the next window until I speak to her manager. Her manager came and apologized an her behalf. This girl her name is Naledi Ndlela chose to continue with her sneer remarks even though she was told to apologize by her manager.
Prepaid24 is the worst. Everything I top up my smartfund I have to beg them to credit it. And after purchasing a voucher I have to again beg them to send me the pin or token. Right now they're holding my top up ransom as since last night they didn't credit. The money went out buy still they're telling me about their technical team. Worst service ever.
Friday night i was supposed to fly out to JHB from CT with the 8:30pm flight. First the flight was delay and the sms said the flight will leave at 22:00. And that didn't materialize. The flight only at 23:00 there was no communication except for the lousy sms. I could travel to Lesotho to bury my grandfather as the transport had left without me. By the time I got an uber from the airport it was 2:30am. I'm still sad that I couldn't make it to bury the man who helped raise me. This is ridiculous.
