Very disappointing and nonsense,I paid for this service in full as I was promised to be removed from debt review however they never get back to you,when you are called you are told that people who were working on your life have resigned,so unprofessional and disgusting for who they claim to be.
Stay away from this firm and its agent Keneilwe Mogale,The agent made us sign and incomplete lease and went on to amend it and add penalties without our knowledge,only found out when we wanted to leave and keep running after the agent to find out the process,she kept avoiding us knowing they wanted to keep our deposit,the manager told us she also sent the Landlord an incomplete lesse agreement,we were only paid half of our deposit and they are avoiding our calls and emails on the remaining.
The worst service ever,the lawyers could not assist or had any knowledge of legal solutions,I cancelled on 15th March after they failed to resolve a very simple matter and also asked them not to debit my account since the policy was cancelled.They debited on the 25th,send an email for a refund,their auto response says they will attend to it within 2 day,this is the 4th day and no refund received
Most ridiculous company ever,they offer discounted rates and settlement on the website,once you pay that amount they will come back and say you owe that amount which was discounted and they will tell you stories of calling and making arrangements when it is all there
Hi All,I took my car to Bosch for repairs and the insurance declined my claim.They called me and asked if they can strip my car as the inspector was on the way,I agreed. When I wanted to fetch my car I was told that there was an amount for strip and quote to settle before I did. I was surprised as the insurance said they will pay for that. The strip and quote was around R4782 and insurance paid R1250 and R2388 was left. I was then told that I should pay that before I fetch my car. When I checked with another Bosch in Florida,I was told that the strip and quote for my car is R1980. A whole R2802 difference,really disappointed by such a big brand
We took our car to bosch to have it checked out due to some abnormal signs we were experiencing,however we were told that the car had a turbo problem,they did a quote then send it to Lombard insurance,they stripped the car and check it.Now we are being to that they won't pay the repair as the damage was caused by a blockage,the same car which has a service history from bmw and would go for another service by the end of this month.We took this extended warranty for such things,however we find ourselves in this position,then what is the use of having such a cover if it won't help us.At this points and time I want out money back and we will go pay for it to be fixed because clearly we have been paying for nothing.
I am very disappointed by Absa Avaf department their incompetence,our matter was referred to their Attorney's which we have been in constant communication with,however our case has been lodged with the courts all because of incompetence,we have made arrangements and even asked for an extension to settle our debt,but funny enough the day after we paid,we are being taken to court as if we have been avoiding this matter.Whenever we ask for clarity as we have never been at this point,we are sent automated emails and suddenly the arrangements has changed.It has come to our attention that the whole time we were communicating with the Attorneys,certain correspondences were not reaching Absa,and when we tried to contact Absa they sent us these automated emails.Each time we ask a question,we would get:it is our client instruction to continue with legal action.Very disappointing with a big company such as Absa.We are left here feeling that they are just trying to put obstacles on the way to do as they please.
Hi,I would like to report a lady called Lizette Durban,our case was handed over by Absa Vehicle finance,we have been in contact trying to sort it however we have been met with Rudeness,disrespect,Attitude,dishonest tendencies and difficulties.We have been communicating with her however it looks like most of our correspondences were not reaching Absa,as a result we find ourselves having to be receive documents from the court.Worst part is that it happened a day after we paid and she always act confused,not taking our calls,not answering emails for clarity
I would like to know if there is a way to report them to the NCA,they have been calling and harassing me,calling me a lair and threatening me that there is a warrant for my arrest thinking I dont know my right and the legal process,a ride lady called Yolanda,they do not deserve to work with customers as they don't even have tlc,I has left my job due to depression but that didn't stop them,its shows they are only after our money,idiots
