Spent close to R6000 for a brand new washing machine at Ok Furniture Robertson. On thursday 7 May 2026 I arrived home to find my kitchen, living, bathroom flooded with water due to a pipe that came off under the washing machine. I contacted the Robertson branch where I bought the machine and explained the matter. I was told that they will pass the matter to the sales rep, who will contact the supplier for a solution and get back to me. 11h00 on 9 May. Not a word from OK Furniture. Dead silence. I contacted them again to speak to the manager. The manager was going to phone me back once he retrieves my information. He did phone back. He asked the sales rep to phone me. Excuse for the delay. Stock take / booking in of new stock. Then something about there suppliers repairs person comes every Thursday. (And the call got disconnected) be careful when buying from big corporations. Clients are only good for the sale. Just a drop in the bucket. Tried contacting Ok Furniture head office. 9 minutes waiting in line. No one answers. I had to pay out of pocket to have the Washing machine repaired. Big rain coming next week. Clothes need to be washed. After spending close to 10k cash in your store. NOOIT WEER NIE. NEVER AGAIN.

Overall... we are not happy. My Wife is still awaiting for a claim to processed for over a year already. Months of pure silence with no feedback. an Angel at the Unlimited (Xolisile) takes over the matter. Again months no progress. Then a bit of progress but no feedback. Then we requested feedback only to hear there was a mistake. Now we have to wait again for an outcome. The Signing up for a policy is done under 20 minutes. Debit orders are on point and on time. And your account gets debited even earlier in December. (even after you call and request not to debit earlier. And was agreed upon.) Overall not happy. The outcome of this matter (when ever it gets finalized) is going to be interesting. I must also state that we do understand that there are many *****sters out there trying there luck. But a year to process a claim. No Man
Well...ive once ended my policy with the unlimited due to ****py admin related issues. I rejoined them a couple moths ago. I recently needed legal assistance and my oh my. The unlimited in conjunction with Legal and Tax have set a new benchmark in my books. Simonne from legal and tax, i thank you from the bottom of my heart. You would never understand what your assistance means to me. And the unlimited thank you very much. Your constant follow up calls really make me realize that im not just another drop in the bucket. I feel part of a family that cares. My Gratitude goes as far as wanting to sell your services in my area. Guy again, job well done
Not even worth the Star. Ive been a loyal and claim free client of the unlimited. Not just the health connect but the legal assist policy as well. The unlimited failed to debit my account and refused to assist with a double amount for end February. Fault for the unsuccessful debit order is a fault of theres. Not mine. Why must i make a manual payment. I also had a legal matter in January to which i received zero assistance. Very unhappy and canceled my policy today.
