I took out a gapcover with fnb. Come the time to claim they give you a run around. When i took this policy it said 24 to 48 hours to process its weeks nothing is happening not sure what is happening.
Insurance companies are quick to take our monies come the time to claim you are taken from pillar to post. My glass shower door fell how do i have pics of the door falling i gave proof of the shuttered glasses the appointed assessor is like not make sure. I live in joburg south they appoint someone from krugersdorp.
Online orders im so disappointed i cannot get 1 order out of 32 otems then another one after an hour. The order i made on the 29 April i still have not received i paid over R6000 but the goods i received here are less than R2000 i dont understand what is happening i have a function on friday goods are still mot deluvered.
I ordered on the 5th April for order to be deluvered on the 6th i paid R254 and most of tge items were not in stock and they said i will get my refund in 24 to 48 hours till today its weeks now no refund.
I got a call from these people they have my id numbers etc and i didn't agree to anything i was just listening to the guy explaining im charged more interest rate etc the next thing i get sms that i have given them consent to do an enquiiry on my credit profile. These people are ****mers and using our information without permission. Very Silly company who said we i have problems with debts Check the message they sent me I, Motsepe M, ID ....... gave consent to request my credit report on 2026-04-16. These people say it takes the 7 to 21 days to resolve disputes which is a lie i provided all information from service provider letter that account is paid up but no they not updating nothing. Customers are not protected i dont understand if a company is saying im not owing but they beraux is refusing to do the right thing. Im tired as a consumer who has been ignored for so long the dispute was submitted in March 10th. What do they want i sent letter from the company still nothing is happening
Dischem South gate very unprofessional a week ago on the 20th my doctor sent them a script on email I also tried their whatssapp platform they just ignore our mails. Today a week later without any meds I send my daughter with a script she gets a pharmacist by the name of Luthendo gave her a run around this is schedule 5 Dr herself must send luckily I still had the email I screenshot n sent to my daughter Oops she goes to the system she finds my Dr email in their inbox unattended. Really is this the kind of service we getting from our pharmaceutical companies. A person is home sick trusting meds will be delivered but nothing for over a week.
I got a shock of my life when I check my policy that my daughter who has always been there on my funeral policy all the time has been removed without my knowledge. I'm paying the policy monthly
I have 2 disputes unresolved funny i have priovided all the proof but still showing as open im now not trusting the accuracy of our information in these bureau which disadvantages us as customers
Im very disappointed that i went to get a qoute for different policies with this company and i explained to the agent Lebo that i need to compare with other service providers im not taking a policy but just need qoutes. The guy went to do an enquiry on my credit at ITC this is gonna affect my my credit statis with lots of enquiries this is gonna remain on my profile for full 1 year. I would like this company to remove that enquiry i did not accept the policy i said im still comparing
