Good day I have been trying to get LinkedIn account unrestricted for almost 2 weeks. I have done the persona verification and until now my account remains restricted. I am not even aware what cause this non-compliance with community rules as I have bot made updates in my account for a while. May I request LinkedIn to assist to recover my account as I am using it for my professional networks and its very important. Good day I am having a nightmare having to deal with wesbank. I had an account with wesbank which was settled 3 months ago and I have also received an email that says the account is closed and refund that was due to me was paid back. However only this month I am getting emails on statements saying I am owing wesbank. I have sent so many emails wi the proof that the account was settled and until today this has not been sorted. After numerous calls and follow up emails I am told Kgoanita Prince is handling my account on collections but I did not get any call from him nor any call from collections department. Yet my account is in areas and affecting my credit score while I have paid this account long ago. Can superiors of wesbank cant me on 068 336 7661 am tired of calling non stop and not getting any assistance. This is so frustrating and unprofessional for a reputable bank like wesbank not to assist their clients swiftly. Money wasted on calls is just too much now and still today they sending me emails that dont make sense to me and never assist me. Hi I am highly disappointed with the unprofessiomal service I am getting from Samsung and Regener Group. My retired mother traded in a cellphone in December 2023 at a Telkom store. They collected the phone on the 2nd of January 2024. Since the 2nd of Jan they havent paid the amount due to my retired mother. I have done countless follow up on behalf of my mother, I get numerous excuses and date commitment that they never honour. They never provide any update unless I follow up. Their reason for non-payment is that Samsung has not paid the amount through to them. Which I do not believe because Samsung is big company which I do not understand why they cant pay a simple R10k to my retired mother. This is frustrating, unprofessional and it now seems like my mother might not get her R10k and possible *****. Seniors at Samsung and Regener Group please assist with this. Call 079 118 2038 Regards
Good day I am highly disappointed on the speed at which linteg fix their connective issues. 2 days without connection and no updates or speedily fixing of the problem is disappointing. Its also disappointing that we neever get refunds for the days where fibres are not working. We still honour iur full commitment without fail hut yet no proper service is received. Is it possible for linteg to send us sms and notify us if there issues in the area and esrimated restoration time. Linteg we are working from home. Hence we installed fibre. Please consider us when it comes to these things. If theres an error lets fix it without delay so tht we can also work. Its unfair tht we spend so much data on your inconveniences. Good day My fibre connection has been off since yesterday. Tried to restart it couple of times and still dont have connection. We working from home we need connection please. Can Linteg please send us communications when there is an outage in our areas and estimated restoration time. So that we can arrange better as we working from home with no connection. Its bad. Customer service must do something on this. Calls to log this matter are not going through.
Good day I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the customer care that I am getting from Linteg. I have made numerous calls, follow ups and emails to notify them that my bounday box is nott active outside and I need mantainance to come and check it out. No response to my emails, my calls or any type of escalation process I have tried to follow. I explicitly explained that I need this urgently as I am working from home. It took them long to install. And even after delayedinstallation they still left me with fibre that is not working. I wonder if they will even respond to this bad review and if they will intervene. But they need to atleast indicate if they wont assist so that they can come and collect their set that they have installed.
Good day I bought a chery tiggo 7 from raceview motors in alberton brand new. I was not aware that I had to bring the vehicle for engine 5000kms service prior to the 15000kms. Yes i saw a warning on my odometer. However I called my sales man to ask what does it mean because I was confused why it had that warning ⚠️ sign. Did not get assistance. I continued to drive the vehicle thinking that this is just an error that I can reset. Today I bring my vehicle for 15000kms service and am told that because I did not bring it for 5000kms that I forfeit my engine warranty of 10yrz 1000 000kms warranty plan. Which was not brought to my attention when I was buying the vehicle by the sales rep. I am very disappointed and very sad for that matter that a new vehicle does not have a warranty plan anymore because of error that happen when we buy vehicles and information is not disclosed in full to us when we buy. I am very sad about this and I even regret buying a car that now just brought so much complications. Currently i am told that cherry in China will decide whether to forgive me or not on this error and I am sitting here at chery with no hope that they will approve it. None of reps here can help me with this and explain this rpedicament to chery in china. I wouldnt purposefully not bring such an expensive SUV for service. This is purely an error from my side to not follow up with sales rep to understand this sign that i saw on the odometer and also non disclosure of this matter to me by the sales rep. My day has been ruined. What must i do now with a new vehicle with no warranty?? 😭😭😭😭
