I recently opened an account with Markhams online and I received my card at Markhams Tubatse Crossing as I was informed to get the card at the nearest store. I was helped by a lady named Daphney who refused to give my card telling me, that "I must buy an item at their store to activate the card". I refused to buy an item as I was not planning to buy anything on the day. She then called a guy called Prince who deals with accounts, and he also told me the same story, trying to corner me into buying any item I didn't want. I think Markhams should do a better job in training their stuff, not to mislead customers into buying things that they do not desire to buy. The reason I opened the account is for me to use it at my convenient time and not to be harassed into buying. I'm very disappointed.
Today I received the worst service ever from a cashier called Vivian at Pic n Pay Steelpoort. I was made to wait for about 15min for the Supervisor to rectify a pricing mistake that needed to be rectified. When asked how long it was going to take to get help, she responded with a bad attitude telling me that i wait for as long as it takes for the supervisor to get there. When the Supervisor arrived, she was also rude as i wanted to know why it took her so long to respond. I think Pic n Pay Steelpoort should put more effort in training their stuff on good customer service especially if the mistake is coming from their side. I was truly disappointed with the service and treatment I received today.
Went to Mugg & Bean with a few friends to have breakfast but the experience was horrible. We waited for 30min just to get drinks and when the food arrived it was cold and unappetizing. It took more than an hour for all of our food to be delivered. I think Mugg & Bean is loosing the plot and I don't think I will ever eat at Mugg and Bean again.
I have been going through reviews from other customers beecause i was interested in joining Capital Legacy. The response from the National Manager for all the complains is the same, this for me is an indication that they do not take the complains seriously. Now Im not sure if I want to deal with Capital Legacy
ABSA Steelpoort branch not yet open at 8:45am but was supposed to open at 8:30am. I’m now at the door and the bank is empty. Disappointing
