On the 8th 9f March I sent an email to Kad the owner of Ranger Security in Durban, about the conduct of 9ne of his members. T9 date no response. On 6th Mar h one of his vehicles parked 9n the pavement in Musgrave Road, in Musgrave blocking passage to pedestrian, hen I took a photo I was sworn at by a coloured male who was the driver of a Rander Security VW polo. Security companies think that parking on 0avements is there right and people must walk around tgem. It's time people stop supporting these companies who blatantly break the law.
I was informed to look for an email after writing about your Loyalty program , still to date no email about it ????!!!!..... This is due to bad management, those are my thoughts, especially at the Berea Road , Bluff Meats. No follow up nothing ....
On 23rd February 2026 I sent an email to the Loyalty address of Bluff Meat Supply , Berea Road , Durban for an incident regarding there Loyalty Rewards Card. To date not even a reply or acknowledgement that there is an issue. Disappointed, but then it seems Bluff Meats have they same attitude as our useless Government. Pathetic, Unprofessional.
Never ask for a vehicle from ABSA if u are white. My friend who works permanently in UAE contract asked for vehicle finance and has a R4milluon Rand house in SA, was denied a loan based on colour. Had he been black it would have been automatically approved.
I have tried in numerous occasions to enter a competition run 8n conjuction with there brands namely Tastic rice and Fattis n Monis pasta. But everything there system seems to have a problem n says there is a hiccup. Then they say u can't enter for next 24 hours , that thing carries on day on day , 3 consecutive days now. Either Tiger Brands is running a false marketing campaign or its a complete *****. And when u sent emails they say ticket closed before even contacting u.
I went on 10th January 2026 to Berea Road KFC , next to the McDonald's for soft serve ice cream with my 6 year old niece. When requesting a flake to placed in they had no stock as management didn't order. My niece was upset. I suppose KFC couldn't give a damn n the attitude of staff was bad.
On 29th August at 11:28 , I went to buy a plastic fold up box at Pep Home Berea Centre Durban , on the Shelf it was marked down to R36-99, but the cashier said that was not correct. , but it was clearly marked. I took a picture of 8t to , poor Service, Professionalism and ignorance of the Consumer Protection Act. As well as *****. You have lost a customer
It started off badly with Yoco, but the Professional and High Integrity of Fradene from Yoco was amazing. I tried to sort out banking details my way and obviously went about it the wrong way. But with Fradene's help the whole issue was Resolved. I thought Fradene's Professionalism and Patience was Oustanding. What a Brilliant Interaction.
I contacted Auto & General this morning as they sending my information to someone else, I was put through to Customer Care. They conviently dropped the call. And they say the a professional insurance company , I beg to differ on that.
On 2 July 2024, at 13:05 I took my niece of 5 years n nephew of 11 years , as they were wishing for a sundae chocolate ice-cream. Only to be told in a bad attitude way they don't have. This experience crushed my little niece and in my view absolutely disgusting , as no signage of have no ice-cream is visible. I can see problems coming for this store.
