After sharing my terrible experience regarding my refund on Hello Peter, I received communication from Melanie Bitang who assisted in resolving the matter. She speedily got the refund team to process an outstanding refunds due to me. She kept me with constant updates. Thank you, Melanie for your prompt support, response and resolving the issue. The refund process is very tedious. I was querying a recent overpayment. I was requested to show proof of payment 3 years ago due to a R90 refund not processed. I cannot retrieve my current refund until I get proof of payment for the R90? The account and refund department need to improve customer service. It's a waste of time and resources.
I booked a Dermapen treatment at Renaissance Day Spa.The consultant, Regina lifted the bed suddenly to a seated position without advising me. This shocked my body from a relaxed mood to a sudden movement which caused an injury to my back. I advised the manager Chantell and waited for further feedback from the owner. I called the spa again and the owner Paul returned my call. He was adamant that his staff was not responsible and they denied any responsibility and commented that I caused the injury by myself. The disappointment is that I had to endure the pain from the injury and took antiflammatories to ease the pain. Management took their staff word over my complaint.
My daughter and I had booked a massage at Camelot Spa, Kikuyu Waterfall. The gym is close to the spa and the music from the gym was very loud during our treatment. It was difficult to relax. We highlighted this to the spa manager and was given a complementary massage. The treatment was excellent and we felt amazing. We thank the manager for arranging this, we really appreciated it.
The store at the Mall of Africa does have an updated contact number. Order was misplaced by the store. Attempted twice to collect the order and advised no arrival of order. Constant following up on emails and calls regarding the order. Bad online order experience.
The Baby Soft 2 ply toilet paper is no longer 2ply. It's 1 ply. The quality is not good. The price is ridiculous for 1ply sold as 2 ply.
I was in the Halfway Gardens area today and my car was not starting as the battery was flat. Wayne from BMW on call approached me to assist and got the car started up. This was such a lovely gesture, I am sure he’s from the BMW Waterfall branch. Thank you again, Wayne. Your act of kindness was really appreciated.
