What a downfall and unexpected let down.
I've always had to logout and relogin just for a payment to reflect and than this morning I logged out and when trying to re login I forgot my password so I changed my password and after that till now I'm getting this login error "tried too many times try again later" both when trying to sign in and trying to recover account. Worst part is I requested their ai bot to put me through to a human and it's been roghly 7 hours and nobody got back to me and still I can't access my funds which I neededlioe yesterday to do something important. Luno was reputable and a trustworthy market leader but knowadays they will let you allow you to lose everything by their unprofessionalism and lack apps that's filled with bugs.

Betway Dissatisfaction and disappointment
So I proceeded to withdraw using standard bank instant money option. I do experience a Problem even with other online bookmakers that I don't get the sms but I just go to their resend Sms option and then it comes through. Firstly Betway doesn't have that option on their site so obviously next think I tried to contact their support channel to ask them to please resend Sms. Not a word of lie twice their phone number line I waited twice for ten minutes each time wasting airtime. Than their support channel I've waited for more than an hour on 3 occasions and got hold of nobody. All I want is for them to manually resend the sms with ten digit code and sms with the pin.

Fnb unprofessional
My bank account was frozen in 2022 mid year because Someone I traded with crypto had a small dispute and he falsely reported ***** on my account. There was no ***** and BTW the amount was R151. I've contacted and enquired numerous times with FNB Bank and till now nothing is been done. How am I supposed to live without a bank account and no money???

Fnb inconsistency and unreliability
Hi I opened up an FNB account about 3 months ago and I get my sassa money and I do crypto mining and trading with the account. So I did a trade with this one guy who I sold crypto coins to and he did send the money through fnb, but it came the next day so Until then i accused him of trying to scam me. So we traded again and I think he wantes to be funny for accusing him so after buying coins from me and getting the money, he goes and called fnb and flagged the money he sent as fraud. So they froze my account and emailed me only 2weeks later and they wanted receipt and i replied with screenshots and history but my money and acount still blocked for nothing
