Thank you for the awesome service I received this morning. From the smiles that greeted me while waiting in line, the speedy adjustment my clutch needed, the cup of coffee I received to finishing off my paperwork. It is always a joy to visit your service center. Thank you so much to everyone. I truly appreciate it.
I went to Builders Warehouse in Parow-Valley on 09/04/2025 to buy some products and have it delivered. I requested delivery for 11/04/2025 before 10am and the service consultant captured it as part of the instructions. On 11/04/2025 I phoned at 11:20am to enquire about my delivery as the people doing the job was already on site, I spoke to Patrick (who told me he was the dispatch manager). I was told, by Patrick, that the service consultant never came to the yard to inform them of the delivery instructions because their delivery notes do not reflect any instructions captured. Also, that the truck was still in the yard being loaded and he couldn't give my an estimate delivery time. However, when I finally received my delivery, the delivery note clearly states the instruction as per my request. I do not know where the wheels went off the rails, with your deliveries this morning, but I do not take lightly to being **** to. Your delivery service sucks and I wish Hello Peter would load minus stars as a one star is still to good for your business.
I would like to commend Candice on her excellent customer service. From our very first interaction, right up until the notification for the return of my deposit, I only received the best service from her. Seeing that this was my first ever car rental I was cautious but Candice's calm manner put me right at ease. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she honestly deserves it. We are busy looking for pet insurance and have had companies quote for us. Yesterday (19 October 2020 approximately between 4:30pm and 6pm) my husband received a call from a consultant on behalf of Oneplan Pet Insurance. As my husband and I already decided to accept a quote given to us by another pet insurer, my husband informed the consultant of this. The consultant then did a very unethical (according to us) thing. He said to my husband that the insurer, we opted for, does not pay claim directly to the vets but the client had to pay all claims upfront and then claim from our opted insurer. I find this very disconcerting that an insurer allows their consultants to try and write business but scaring prospective clients about the claims procedures of other insurers. As a customer it is my duty to ensure that I have asked all the right questions and then make an informed decision as to which insurer I want to hand my business to. It is not the place of insurer or the consultants employed by them to force me into handing my business to them by downplaying another insurer. I am deeply disturbed and disappointed by the way Oneplan Pet Insurance allows their consultants to do business. I am very relieved that Oneplan Pet Insurance did not contact us earlier in the day, as we might have gotten stuck with an insurer that has to "warn" a prospective client against other insurers.
