Why is it that the debit order went through but when I call to enquire about my application there is always some excuse… this has been going on for days, no sense of urgency whatsoever, the agents have no idea what they are doing… the ombudsman needs to look into this
I have been calling with regards to my pension fund and everytime I call Bafedile says she will approve , if its not that I am told 6-8 weeks always.
I have been under debt review for 7 years now I have paid up every debt I had, sent through paid up letters to Bongiwe and balance management. First they said references are not the same only to find that they are. Edgar's says my debt doesn't exist on their system. I need my name to be cleared. I've got kids and I honestly can't move and provide the way I'm supposed to... May I please get my name cleared ????
