If you are ever in Durban and someones asks you to spin a wheel and get a free cruise , run. I just want to warn anyonne that ever comes across them or is even considering buying their “SHARES”, it’s a **** run very well. 1. The so called cruise you promised is not the cruise you expecting you can get it yourself for few hundred rands 2. You pay an initial R4000 and an additional R1350 per month (which was magically bumped to R1500 out the blue). You are promised a 2nd to none booking experience to all hotels imaginable (NOP this is a handful of resorts in South Africa - Limiting your choices when you actually want to go on vacaation 3. The hotels whenever we wanted to book were fully boook (Im talking about booking in January for December, September or whatever month its always fully booked, however go to booking.com and these hotels are available. 4. The hotels are cheaper on booking.com than with them (booking.com mobile discounts, genius, etc.) 5. The deduction R120 for eating at restarts was actually R120 for the 1st month, 2nd month for the same meals this starts decreasing drastically. 6. NOTE WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY WILL INFORM YOU ITS A 10 year contract (Yes you heard right 10 years of story that place is unavailaable try going back to the one you booked first. It’s really not worth it. 7. Every contract has a 1 month notice right to get out, not this one you cannot get out. We were told to keep paying the monthly R1500 until at least 1 annual year elapses then only then will they cancel, but you also need to convince them why you want to cancel write an essay (as its all their business why) and it cannot be due to financial constraints or unavailability of empty promises. 8. Finally the 1 year elapsed after we were told its finally cancelled, and putting notice in 6 months in advance then 1 month in advance , we were told no debit has been put against your account its cancelled. Instead just today we got a deduction that is even more that the usual debit. 9. Now its their run around of “Oh wow we don’t know how that happened, let us escalate with Finance it wasn’t our department. If you are not buying a car or house nothing should be tying you down to 10 years contract without the ability for 1 month notice cancellation. Especially when everything that was promised was a ****. See EPIC RUN!!!!!!! Or perhaps keep it at R120 membership, but if they try sell you shares RUN!! not worth the headache or financial loss.

iStore inSure Horrific Stay Away
Oh horrific experience. istore inSure underwritters, pathetic, been back and forth for 2 months still not onboarded for insurance. I regret anything istore never again. They keep asking for documents you already sent and to top off they say they respond in48 hours, dont hold your breath every hi and correspondence is atleast 1-2 weeks... Since January persuing insurancee over it, looking for something else

2 Weeks down-time WORST SERVICE
The worst experience. I have multiple people living in a house that all logged the issue via so called watsapp support since it started 3 June, today is the 15th. Support is non-existent as they seem to not have a clue what is going on. The magic words have been to wait I will be contacted. Still waiting 2 weeks later. When you have issues you will get no assistance, rather go with any other service provider, save yourself the head aches.

Company in Meyerton. Scam, have had this client claim to fix pumps and has stollen property from 2 of my clients which I refered as I received them from facebook. Both clients will be opening cases or private investigator to find them , hopefully Meyerton is a small town and theyll be located

Osbro Home Non-Existent Support
Not the best experience. No customer service at all even after purchasing an item from them they will go for days without responding. Next Courier Guy had to let me know the driver was turned back and told to come back next day which is quite unprofessional as Osbro told me the order was complete. Prices not bad if u prepared to get crickets and no support

Righteylower Liberia LR Be carefull with this online shop, might be a scam. Their link when clicked took me to 2 different sites, when I commented on their page and asked about this they removed my ad and turned off comments. When I went directly on their page to also ask why they had Wayfair written on their website they did the same thing No answer and disabled my comment and all. All I am saying do ur due dilligence be careful, if something is too good to be true.

Pathetic Excuse Service TakeAlot
Very bad customer service. I have used Takealot before but it seems their service is going all the way down from what it used to be. Takealot prices generally are false sales, therefore more expensive than most retailers if you give yourself time to check. The only reason I used it a number of time before is due to trust, but thats gone out the window. They have been spinning me around in circles regarding CCTV that they couldnt reset and the so called exchange has been going on since 2021 last year over 4 months. sTill waiting for my replacement or even the old one back and ll they do is keep changing consultants who know nothing of what is going on. As if that wasnt enough they also cancelled one of my orders, one consultant told me it was out of stock every where but that was a lie I could still see it online. Then another told me its because they over sold the item at a low price and wanted to increase the price. Pathetic mediocre service
