Ekko shareholders is a **** program
THE WORST DECISION TO JOIN EKKO I WAS ON HOLIDAY AT THE BREAKERS UMHLANGA AND JARED A REP FOR EKKO ASKED US TO JOIN A MEETING TO JOIN EKKO , HE PROMISED ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES OF JOINING BUT AFTER WE JOINED AND PAID OUR DEPOSITS EVEN OUR INSTALLMENTS WE RECEIVED NO HELP WITH BOOKINGS OR QUERIES. EVERYTIME WE TRIED TO BOOK A HOLIDAY THE APP DOESNT ALLOW IT AND THE BOOKING AGENTS DONT RETURN CALLS . I SPOKE TO THE MANAGED AT EKKO BREAKERS ITS GONE OVER 2 WEEKS AND NO REPLY OR FEEDBACK ITS LIKE A DEAD END . ONCE THEY SIGN YOU UP THEY DONT CARE .

Concerns of a confirmed booking.
I recently made a booking and an unexpected death came up in the family, When Jarrod Pillay contacted me to confirm my booking i explained to him what had happened and asked what could be done if i wanted to move my dates. Jarrod Pillay listened to all my concerns and told me not to worry. In no time he got back to me and gave me good, detailed feedback. I was very happy with his service. Very humble, kind and always looking for ways to assist and not leave me feeling disappointed. Thank you.

Customer Service Excellence!
I was assisted by Amber Ntuli and I am extremely impressed with the service I received. She was clear, honest, and very friendly during the call, and she went above and beyond to help me. If more retail consultants took a page from Ekko’s consultants’ book, customer experiences would be significantly better.
