A huge disappointment -no delivery for 2 months just stories 🤦🏾♀️
I ordered items from Shein in March 2026 which landed at Buffalo on the 5th April I was supped to get my items around 8th April .the matric dance was on the 30th April 2026 I since waited .I made numerous calls and was informed that the items have been detained pls be patient I have been over patient for 2 months already I decided go rather cancel and request a refund on 22 April 2026 since I have to buy similar items for the dance. What a dissapointment.i am done with those people and their explanations that didn't even make sense .

Panarottis North Cape Mall Kimberley.😍A nice neat spot to enjoy Italian dishes and pizza we just love this place. My son always wants us to go there even when m broke 😂😂😂😂thank u for the beautiful service always. The manger is always very friendly. A shout out to a special lady I will remember her name and come back lol. It's a double barrel name Will-Marie I think😂❤️such a friendly lady kept on begging my naughty son to cheer up 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 we love u girl. See u soon♥️

Poor quality school uniform
I have always enjoyed shopping at Ackermans Kimberley/Galeshewe I still do the service is excellent the store is clean the stuff is friendly, but my biggest problem for is the poor quality of the school uniform. For the past 3 years now I experienced the quality of the uniform is not the same.😔 Grey school pants long/short and white school shirts😔. The buttons fall off the seams on the shirts and pants are torn and threads hanging around. Some shirts have 2 button holes for one button. The zips don't last even for a week. I just bought another pair a week ago January 2025 same issue. I trusted Ackermans, but I am even more disappointed now cos I have to go to other stores to buy uniform or pay tailors to fix the uniform. Even Toughees shirts it's all the same. Please take us seriously our kids use this uniform every single day. Please improve the quality of our children's uniform. Thank u.

Truwoths broken escalator inconvenience
Truworths has always been one of my favourite and best quality clothing store. "It is also one of the largest retails stores in the country employs over 11,000 people, and generates over R18 billion in annual revenue." The problem is that the escalators at that particular store have not been working for months now like really now bathong 🤔 a whole Truworths🤦🏽♀️I asked for the manager to do something about it. I cannot be walking up/down the escalators with my broken knees please do something. I want to buy winter clothes for my son and the items I want are upstairs plus that is the nearest store for me. Please fix tog.

Bad customer service 😔
A lady by the name Lesego was very rude towards me. I merely asked her to give me 2 Unicorn Sundaes instead of plain. She never even bothered to ask but I paid.... It was such a hustle I had to ask the manager to intervene.he was so calm tried to resolve the issue but I felt insulted in front of people she doesn't even consider that I was down asking nicely asif I was not a paying customer😔she told me she won't listen.worse when her colleague tried to assist she instructed her not to 🤔 I will never ever go back to that place again after being I'll treated in front of people. She will feel the heat with rude customers... U can't work with people girl u will meet your match I won't come down to your level u r rude! Some of us are dealing with way more serious issues than your rudeness!

Best customer service @ KFC Galeshewe?
Went to buy takeaways for me and my son at KFC Galeshewe. We bought 2 Three tiger meals and asked the guy if there is cold drink since the other KFC we went to they told us they can't assist cos the soda machine was not working. ?We drove around until we got here so the guy explains to me that they have a similar problem, but we must not worry since he will get us some cola and we waited. We got our cola and there was no tomato sauce and we like tomato sauce with chips lol. He managed to get us some swest chilli sauce and the meal was fantastic we even sat down and enjoyed our lunch. I confirmed his name is Orefile. The place is spotless clean and welcoming. We will come back again?. Thank u very much u have what it takes to work with people keep it up papa! I hope u teach your colleagues how to treat patrons with respect and diligence at all times. U r a star???

Poor service
I bought a 58" JVC edgeless tv from the store in Kimberley in November 2020, I was thenadvised to pay for an extended warranty of which I didn't. In 2 months the tv started showing me flames not playing just stuck on "smart tv screen" I took it in and when I got it back after " repairs" I did not get my remote back I made numerous calls asking for my remote it's not my fault that they forgot to put it back in the box. But like a fool m still waiting m so upset

R28×2 Debit order unauthorised scam
Chartis life has been debiting R28 × 2 ecert month from my salary for God knows what I have tried to call them so many times the number is not working. I want my money back I never have u authority to debit from my account m so upset right now
