Today I received a WhatsApp from Telkom about an upgrade and couldn’t respond because I’m at work, the consultant sent me another text stating since I’m silent she will assume I’m taking the contract. I explained how consent works with a **** scenario she rep**** I should’ve have just said no so we went back and forth till she said she will upgrade because of my stinking attitude. This is the number she was texting me on +***7. See how Telkom opened up disrespect from their consultants. As a result would Like to cancel my contract with a service provider who hires consultants who are disrespectful0 replies

No smart phone no messages for Capitec customers
Capitec in King William’s Town by Shoprite just sent my son away without helping him. He lost his phone and wanted to change his number he was told he can’t because he doesn’t have a smart phone. How is that not risking ***** on his account? Make me understand sana how can we not be able to change our numbers based on the type of phone you use.
