dates I had started making comunication with your company regarding my claim until advised by one of your consultants to contact an advisor from PSG for them to advise accordingly where I jad been mislead. I was told by a team leader at discovery that psg claimed they never had any comunocation with me yet when i called to request a call recording i was told by Jessica that she is gonna pull out the call, listen to it and request permision to release. I then called 2days later to follow up and spoke to clayton who said Jessica left notes on tje system aftet listening to the call and was going to follow up with her in regards to permison on releasing the call which was the week of easter weekend. I resigned end of February and we are now in April and still no resolution. Psg is currenty giving me a run around regarding the call recording. I have made communication several times and was promised feedback from Jessica and Clayton with no avail. I also spoke to a female on their switch board who said all advisores were out on lunch, took my details and promised to get back to me. Till this day nothing has been done. Instead my calls are transfered to an extention which is unavailabe. Im honestly disapointed and im hoping this matter can be resloved and people held accountable for their actions cause this is beyond unfair. I liteeally budgeted on money that i thought i was gonna recieve for medical reasons ect only to be treated in this manner. I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible. I have also recieved a complaint from NFO regarding this matter.
I am absolutely disgusted by the poor customer service and being mislead from 3 consultants at Discovery. I have made a claim for the full cash component to be paid out. I am also no longer with the employer who I was covered under. They are refusing to pay me out after misleading me and saying I should expect payment around this week. They're stating the funds must stay with them or be moved. I specifically chose full cash withdrawal on the form. They're now lying and saying no one told me I was going to get a cash pay out, after 3 consultatants said you can claim from your savings component and recieve the balance of your retirement component. I was promised updates from all 3 consultants by 3pm on each occasion and found myself once again cjasing after feedback hence i was advised by Nolo Enele that feedback was sent 11:45am which is once again not what i had been advised by tge previouse 3 people. The service is beyond the words of poor and disapointment i can discribe hence i feel beyond betrayed and am not gonna let this slide cause you cannot play with peoples lives, emotions and finamces like this with lies. Every claim ive ever made with discovery is always a brickwall. Reason of resignation too was constantly getting sick multlple surgeries and claiming from sever illness benifit to regected hence thats another cost now this. I no longer have any of their products but was forced to take retirement with them due to company policies. Fix this or I'm presenting the evidence and case in court.
