On Monday, I withdrew money using my EasyPay card at their own ATM. The ATM shutter door closed just after I entered my PIN — I got my card back, but no cash came out. When I checked my balance, the amount was already deducted. I immediately called the EasyPay call centre, and the agent confirmed that they could see the transaction and assured me that the money would be reversed within 24 hours since it was their own ATM. Days passed with no refund. When I called again, I was told the transaction was “pending.” Later, they said it was sent to “the authorities” and is “under investigation.” I even went to the branch, where they confirmed that they can see the money — yet nothing has been done. This is unacceptable! I have been waiting patiently for my children’s school money, and instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting excuses. I need my money reversed immediately. I have all the proof and reference numbers from the call centre. EasyPay, please do the right thing — fix this error and return my funds.
