Based on recent customer reviews, Easypay is facing significant customer dissatisfaction across its payment, insurance, and prepaid services. Customers consistently mention payments that leave their bank accounts but never reach intended service providers such as municipalities, fibre ISPs, and attorneys. A recurring theme involves funeral policy claims that remain unpaid or delayed, leaving grieving families in financial distress. Reviewers also describe an unresponsive call centre, repeated transfers between agents, unanswered emails, and prolonged investigations without resolution. Frustration is amplified by a perceived lack of accountability and poor follow-through on escalated tickets.

I made a payment to Easypay in February 2026. It was to pay George Municipality rates bill. To this date the money has not been tracked. I have had numerous email interactions with Easypay and its now April and the issue is still not resolved.

Good day, I made payment for my wifi account on the 1st of April. Yesterday I woke up and my wifi was suspended I made contact with easy pay agents and I was told that the funds are with EasyPay and I advised them to settle the account with the ISP however this has not been done. I need this resolved by today. As I work from home and it makes it impossible with the fibre being down. Easy pay reference ESP-6991

I want to make people aware of my experience with Easypay. I took out a loan that was supposed to run for 6 months. When I made the payment for the 5th month, I was offered another loan before the first one was even finished. On the 6th month, instead of completing the first loan, they started debiting for the second loan. Then they claimed I had a missed payment on the first loan. This does not make sense, because the second loan should only have started in the 7th month after the first one was completed. Their system debited the second loan early, which caused the issue. This was clearly not my fault but a system error on their side. I have contacted them multiple times to resolve this matter, but they have failed to assist me or correct the mistake. This is affecting me and have affected my credit profile, now I can’t get credit because of this issue. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of support. I hope this review helps others to be cautious and to double-check their accounts when dealing with Easypay.
