Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct at Cape Town International Airport
I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated by Lift airline consultant at the Cape Town international Airport. The consultant displayed a lack of professionalism and poor interpersonal skills, which made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. I felt disrespected and not treated with the level of courtesy expected from your staff. While I understand that policies and procedures must be followed, the manner in which they are communicated to customers is equally important. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my experience. I trust that this matter will be addressed, and that your staff will be further capacitated with the necessary customer service and communication skills to ensure a more respectful and professional experience for all passengers.0 replies

Surf4life-Blind Loyalty can indeed be detrimental
