My experience with Mia and Leah has been nothing short of awful. It first started in January with zero communication (leading me thinking I'd been ****med). Then a massively long wait time. Now this week (end March) I received an email saying that my order "needed to be picked up". No details given about where it needed to picked up from. I assumed it was from the courier guy, since that was the option I chose on ordering. Eventually I found out it was at the Post Office. I went to collect, only to discover to my horror that I needed to pay import duty of nearly the value of the shoes that I had bought. To add insult to injury, on opening the package (which were poorly packaged at best), the shoes that were sent were the wrong size, and of inferior quality - not what they looked like when I ordered. Still waiting to hear if they're going to do anything about it. No wonder every review for this company on Hello Peter is 1 star.

Darrenwood Toyota have been servicing our Toyota vehicles since I bought a previously owned Corolla from them in 2005. During the last 15 years they have looked after the above mentioned Corolla, a Camry and a Yaris, efficiently and without fuss. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and without fail there is always at least one followup phone call from the dealership to check that all is in order. Often you get a second call from Toyota head office, to confirm that we are happy. This is in contrast to dealings we have had with some other motor workshops (for non Toyota cars) and I can only say that more often than not, we come away with a foul taste in the mouth.
I purchased a used Honda Ballade from Westrand Honda in 2016. First of all I must say the car is really comfortable and drives very nicely. But that's where the good news ends! There was damage to the carpet which were eventually repaired under guarantee, but it took at least three months of arguing to get the work carried out. I took out an unlimited maintenance plan: I wish I'd never done that - It was very expensive, and every time I went in for a service, I had to fight to get them to recognise that I had a service plan. I've been in contact with Honda Head Office, but I'm still waiting for them to come back to me. To summarize, I can only say that every time I walk out of that dealership, I have a foul taste in my mouth. At least I've enjoyed driving my car, but I would never do business with Westrand Honda again!
