Do not use this company
Do not use them. They tried to add every additional item to my standard service of my vehicle which is in good condition. Then laughed at me when I said no, very belittling. Upon receiving my car, I had a chip on the bonnet. Despite promising they would fix it, the panelbeater was always busy or the weather wasn't good? I paid additional for a central locking button repair - it was not repaired and upon taking it back, the light then worked but all other mechanisms did not, yielding it less functional than when I took it in. My back door now no longer opens from the outside either. Shocking service, utterly disgusted, zero stars, would not recommend at all.

You take a VERY BIG risk to take your car to The Garage - Dunkeld. Don’t.
It is a risk to take your car here. They charge excessive amounts - example: R1050 for windscreen wipers (new Merc wipers cost just over R 700. I was schocked by their incompetence: I requested them to fix my side mirror. They told me I will have to pay between R4000-8000. On my firts call I got one for R1500. I discovered that their Mercedes specialist (as he was introduced to me) had no idea how to take the mirror cap off (one clip needs to be pushed aside tot take the cap off). I had to refer him to YOUTUBE. He did not know that you need to loosen two *****s to dissemble the light and replace it. He again affirmed that I must replace the whole unit. They kept my car for more than a week, struggling with something else the could not handle. During the week I spoke to them several times and was blatantly **** to several times! Beware of The Garage - Dunkeld. You may risk it - but be warned, the risk is great!!! You will only have yourself to blame!!!!

Never take your car to the garage dunkeld west they just here to rip people off took my car in this morning just to check when got the car back doors and handles full of grease from when they worked on it and said it will cost 17k to replace the part

The Garage - Dunkeld - service at another level!
After my service plan reached an end with Mercedes, I feared the cost of continuing services with them would force me to sell my house! The staff at The Garage - Dunkeld are phenomenal and my car has actually never run as smoothly as it has since the service - things that were probably never done during the routine services during the service plan, have restored my vehicle to function as though it is a new car. I can't praise the level of service expertise any higher!

No quote, no follow-up
A couple of weeks ago, I took my car to The Garage Dunkeld for a service. Everything seemed to go well. The service seems to have been done properly. But they promised to quote me to replace my car's CV joints and to fix various small scratches on the bumper. Now more than 2 weeks later, I still haven't heard from them. Another service provider is now replacing the CV joints, after which I will have someone else fix the small scratches. Perhaps The Garage makes too much money to worry about quoting existing customers for potential business?

Popped into the Garage for assistance with my front light, which needed fixing. Very efficient and friendly staff member MOKI, explained why it needed a specific globe. He fitted it and checked the other globe which also was the incorrect type. Moki fitted 2 new globes. When I asked Damien, the manager what the cost was, he said that there was no charge for the globes or the labor. He said that he had done it as a courtesy. What a wonderful gesture! I will definitely go back to The Garage for any motor issues.

Never use The Garage Dunkeld
I am suggesting that you ever use The Garage - they a totally rip office and charge you for thing that you don't need they also say you can get a service FROM R777 bull **** !!!! nothing less thank what you would pay at your local dealership please don't use them - no attention to detail !!!!!!
