The worse company to work with, Zandre botha doesn't know what he is doing, he keeps making me false promises while I'm losing business, I had to physical go there and while I was there he had no shame but to lie again at my cost and time, I don't know why this company is comfortable with people that ruin their reputation. Take a risk with them or go to a place that will value your time and money. As for me I'm done with this stupid business. Zandre should be moved to somewhere he wont be direct contact for clients.
this has been by far the worse service ive ever recieved in my entire life, i dont even wish it to my worst enemy. Makro refund me my money please, you keep sending me emails but nothing is reflecting in my account, its been a month now, what does one have to do? i went to woodmead stores and no feedback from, none of your agents has given given me any feeback. i dont want to recieve yor surveys on my email, just my money. Makro refund I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund and collection of return items, makro doesn’t seem to care how that affects me, I made an online purchase and some of the items we no stocks in stead of them refunding me I have to make calls to the customer service team which will just completely take the call and once they find out the story they put on hold for over 20mins the time and money I’m putting on makro to get service, now I’m stuck in debt to pay off money that makro could just refunded. I’ve sent my bank statements twice and all they say we will give you feedback till today nothing. Please avoid makro online system. **** service and *********** people. I regret taking my business to makro
Amarex is the worst courier service ever, they inform clients about any delays or issues, my product has been stuck at customs for eyelashes and face mask, products that are actually know, it’s been stuck for 2 weeks to verify them with SHEIN, I just SHEIN can cancel using amarex for our products and use Buffalo as they understand that products need to be delivered, and tracking becomes useless if there is no direction or change? Are they even working at amarex, they are literally useless!!!
The worst customer service Ever!!! I wanted just a paid up letter from cell c after paying off my account. I have been waiting for it for two weeks and every time I call I have to apply for it, I have applied for the forth time spoke to 3 supervisors nothing, consultants hang up on me, Linda nodumiso even the supervisor Gift masina no response. If I knew this is the challenge I would have with cell c contract I wouldn’t have took their phone contract. I wouldn’t recommended cell c even to my worst enemy! As I accept that I will always have an understanding debt with them because it seems like nobody knows what they are doing? Or even what’s a paid up letter!
Worst client service ever I have been waiting my funds over a month after unlocking my investment which I had with them for 5 years, their investment rates are the worst I have ever came across yet I kept my account with them, now my account has been unlocked but no funds and no communication about what is the hold up... the consultant doesn’t seem to know what is going on and advise me to take it to customer care???? People take your money and take it to people who care and know what they are doing with your funds
