I've been paying for Brightrock from 2021, but I can't get hold of my financial advisor to assist me, numbers given is for someone else, Brightrock consultants tells me that they are not allowed to go through my policy and help I can only get help by my financial advisor the same financial advisor that cant be found......over the phone for all this year's it is so sad that I trusted the wrong people for my family now I have to cancel and I won't even get my money paid back for all this years it is so painful shame don't be like me and trust Brightrock they will fail you like they did to me
2 months without electricity Im from ZULULAND DISTRICT VRYHEID , GLUCKSTADT AREA . Eskom is not helping us its been over 2 full months without electricity, we've spent Christmas in darkness all our meat is bad. yet still we are left in darkness we have to cook outside.We have been going to the offices in Vryheid they always say they will come but nothing.Im asking for help im very very desperate please it is so unfair
I'm so disappointed in takealot I've been their customer since 2020 but, I've placed an order and I was told that the delivery date is today 2025-04-11 before 5pm , this morning I received a phone call stating that I will receive my order today before 5pm. Around 7 a guy from takealot phoned me with this number 0342121070 confirming my address I did then he said he doesn't delivery where I live.... but he will make a plan and ask for some guys they work with to deliver my parcel ,I phoned around 1 the same number but someone else answered and said I wont get my parcel today the guy who was supposed to take it left it there he didn't took it... maybe they will give those guys to come and take it I asked when he said he doesn't know.... that is so unprofessional shame I'm very disappointed with takealot team they let me down why are they doing this icall inform me if they are changes the guy said sorry head office maybe will send someone who delivers from my side I need my parcel and next week I'm expecting another parcel for my wedding that means I will still be disappointed Takealot doesn't care about its customers do better please this is totally wrong and unfair to us....worse part I even pay for my delivery fee R75 but struggling to get my parcel
