I have been a loyal customer for years. Went onto debt review but they've always gotten paid on time. I haven't gotten paid in 3 months due to unforeseen circumstances and my debt review lapsed. In the meantime I set up a debt review and sent emails letting the creditors know my predicament. Yet everyday i get a call. Everyday from a different agent. Everyday i explain the same thing. But the way some of these agents speak to people are atrocious. I'm making sure plans are in place, while worrying about what my children are going to eat. Then people like this phone me every day like im some ********. Some are nice, but others...
It's so rare nowadays to be treated with dignity and respect, especially when it comes to debt review. This company and their representatives assisted me with my previous debt review place, they fought for me and put me at ease. They did everything on my behalf, kept me in the loop and are always in my corner. The professionalism and support means more than words can say. They truly go above and beyond.
My husband went for his eye test last at canalwalk. The person assisting him told him about the 2 for 1 special. My husband was under the impression he was getting 2 pairs of spectacles. I was on the phone with my husband at the time and heard everything . He paid the amount as per the quote. Today, 19 April he goes to pick up the specs and an extremely rude lady helps him and tells him he needs to pay R65 before he can get his glasses. Not only that, he only got one pair. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I was going to have my children and my own spectacles done there, but definitely will not now. For many years my family only went to Specsavers, now we'll need to find a place.
They were amazing. The consultants, no matter their department, were helpful, patient and kind. The were diligent and kept me in the loop at all times
Dr Raff is an anaesthetist. He also treats people with chronic pain. He is very blunt and to the point. He has helped me immensely these past few years. Im so so grateful.
I have been under debt review with debtline for over a year now. They were amazing in setting everything up and i felt better about my situation. Last year I received am email saying that they tried contacting me numerous times regarding outstanding documents for the court. No one contacted me about it. I sent the documents via courier as requested. This morning I get an email saying my case was postponed due to the outstanding of the same documents I sent in August already. Now i have 7 days to redo everything. That is difficult for as terminal person who is bed ridden and who's husband works late. Why request stuff to be courierred if reciept is not sent to the client? And then sending accusing emails?

a lady collapsed outside elsies river Day hospital while waiting to be seen, earlier this week. So you're sick, no medical aid, unable to see a private doctor, no appointment but you need to see someone for help. So you're expected to wait outside all day ,without a real guarantee whether your number will be called or not. What a disastrous healthcare system.
I love their treatments, professionalism and overall service. I always leave feeling like a new person. For someone terminal, that means everything.
