After Sales Service
If Lava Fires does your fireplace install in summer, test the installation on the roof with a hosepipe and a lot of water because they don't come back to fix their leaking fireplace installations on your roof in winter.0 replies

Dont use SUPERSONIC!!!!

APPALLING SERVICE
Just don't use them. Service delivery is appalling, No feedback, Constant follow up. One month to get a technician to quote for wheels on a sliding door!!. Get a date that the technician will be on site to quote - 3 weeks later ,,, still no quote, If you cannot do it - say so!0 replies

Alongside for the ride
I was so hesitant to take out insurance on our pets as the payouts versus the claims are not always favourable. We have been in the Dotsure Family for over 3 years now and own large breed dogs who are incredibly active. From torn cruciate ligaments to lipoma operations - Dotsure was there for us! SINCERE COMPLIMENTS TO DOTURE
If you do not have pet insurance, may I recommend Dotsure. We have had the most excellent service delivery from them. Major vet bills were covered and if they were not, it was explained to us in a courteous and professional manner which, at the end of the day, still had me grateful that I was on board with them. Third Party Repair Delay
I am a Third Party Claimant through PMD. It has taken 2 months for them to approve the repairs to our vehicle and another month to approve an additional R750 requested from the panel beater. This in turn has held up the actual repair process. I am hoping that someone at PMD would escalate the request in order for us to start the repairs to our vehicle. It is most frustrating.2 replies
