Great Pet Store

THEFT

I used to be a HUGE Clicks online shopper but recently had a terrible experience. I was charged for orders that never arrived! Four separate charges each for around R600. I can't get a hold of anyone from customer service via the online chat or email. This is very a straight up ****!

Do Not Subscribe

HORRIBLE service. There have been honestly over ten phone calls between me and this company to no avail. They are issuing a 40% increase on my account which is crazy but refuse to engage with me. I'm now trying to cancel my subscription which is also like talking to a wall. Please avoid this company

Best Agency

Even though I didn't land up booking with them (scheduling issues), I must say that I received excellent service from Megan Seppings via email. She was extremely helpful, accommodating, and responsive. I contacted many different agencies but PenTravel was the only one to get back to me with attentive detail. Will definitely book with them in the future!

Horrible Service

My phone line was struck by lighting. A technician came out and suggested we get a fibre line. It’s a week later and we heard nothing back from Telkom. I’ve logged a fault online and through the phone but to no avail. Terrible service

Horrific Service

I've been trying to upgrade the data on my line for the past two months now. Five phone calls later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Lots of empty promises and inefficient service. I don't recommend Telkom to anyone.

Amazing Store

From the many times I've ordered from their online store, Salon500's service has always been brilliant! Deliveries arrive in less than twelve hours and are always packed well and correctly. Their website is also user friendly and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend.

Online Shopping Nightmare

A truly terrible online shopping experience. The website doesn't run smoothly and upon ordering, I received an unnecessary amount of emails relating to my order. When my order arrived, each item from it was packed and shipped individually. I received one shipment that was just a pair of R30 eyelashes. This is extremely wasteful and eco unfriendly. A lot of what I ordered was incorrect and some even damaged. To return these items I had to phone the call center and individually list every item I wanted to return and their SKU code which was tedious and unexpectedly archaic for an online store. I've honestly had better and easier experiences with small businesses 100 newer and smaller than Foshini. Now to wait for my refunds...
