the report is for the incorrect vehicle. When i queried i was "assured" the rest of the information is correct. what a laugh .. you cannot match the correct vin to the vehicle and then declare the rest of the report to be correct ??

I opened a tfsa last Monday and was told the funds will reflect on my profile within 48 hours. Well it is now day 10 and there is no sign of the money. I was initially told there was an error with the implementation date and now I am advised the problem is resolved however the money is still not reflecting. The Client satisfaction enthusiast is not giving me escalation details and stopped responding. First and last time I entrust hard earned cash with 10X. Can someone please locate my money from the black hole it seems to be in, I would like it back to invest somewhere where they don’t make mistakes with peoples money

The quality of service is shocking! After several rants and complaints all the way to the MD I had my WiFi issue resolved on Monday afternoon only to lose it again yesterday. The lady from billing who kindly tried to do some service recovery is impossible to get a hold of as you keep getting out in the call queue. After 20 minutes On my cell I have given up. Children are reliant on this for home schooling but guess what .. Supersonic doesn’t care, and there is ZERO access to any form of customer care line
