SO, this all started last year around July/August. I wanted to activate my vitality in my existing membership. I paid the activation fee, completed the online membership agreement (I still have the email). SO fast forward to January 2025, i notice that my membership fees have not gone down but actually went up. I contacted planet fitness via there WhatsApp and I was informed that I am on a month-to-month membership and that Vitality was never activated on my account. I was then advised to go to my club and ask them what was going on. Got to the club, explained the issue again after which I was told to phone the Call Center and lodge a case of misrepresentation. I called the call center, explained the whole thing all over again, explicitly told the lady at the call center that I will not be paying activation fees again as this was a fault on planet fitness side and not mine, got a reference and waited for the sales rep to contact me to fix the membership. I'm not sure how long after that I was contacted by a sales representative that told me he will be assisting me with activating the Vitality on my account. Once again the membership agreement was emailed to me. I opened it and I noticed that my name was spelled incorrectly, my address was incorrect, the club was in correct, my buddy tag was not selected and after telling the sales rep that I am unable to change anything or correct the mistakes he ensured me that HE will correct it. I explicitly told he I want all my things to stay the way that they were, and I will not be paying for activation fees again. Once again, he assured me that I don't need to worry he will fix everything. So, a few days after that I go to my normal club in Cashan only to be told I cannot access the club as my membership is at the Rustenburg Club. The lady working at Cashan phoned the Rustenburg club and requested them to do a transfer to Cashan. So yesterday i went to the gym to find out what was going on because all of a sudden, my account was debited with R 163 (membership fee) and R 649 (which I do not know what it is for and which I reversed as planet fitness did not have the authority to debit my account for that amount) only to be told they do not know what the R 649 was for and that they can only phone the head office on Monday (today) to find out what is going on. I phoned the call center again today, explained the whole thing again, just to be told we will phone you back???? I do not understand the why this is taking planet fitness so long to rectify... Firstly, I was basically overcharged for 6 months as my Vitality was never activated since last year July, so I was paying full membership fees now my account is being double debited with amounts I did not authorize. And to top all of that my tag doesn't even work!
I will never shop at Checkers again. This was the second time that I got rotten meat, the best before date was still in the future.

Jaco assist with replacing the geyser at my father's house which was done with out any issues. Unfortunately that's not the whole story... after the geyser repair I requested that he replace/repair the ceiling that was damaged due to the leaking geyser. He sent me a quote to which I gave him the go ahead and made the full payment for the ceiling repair. This was in July 2023.... The ceiling has not been repaired and we are in October 2023... I've sent messages requesting feedback with no reply ...
Never had a problem with Mc Donald's Waterfall mall in Rustenburg... but the last 2 times I've been there there is always some of the items missing... today I went back only to be ignored by the cashier. Very disappointed... think you guys need to pull up your socks ...

I have been with Isabella Garcia for forever now, I have no idee how long, and I can with all honesty say that I always receive great service. Whether it is to cancel some of my packages or to exchange something or even if I'm just spoiling myself. I've received numerous gifts and vouchers. Its definitely something I would recommend to the ladies. And it affordable.
Sofar I'm very excited about Shaw Academy. In only on lesson I've already learned alot. Looking forward to the rest of the classes.
