Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Parcels that has been shipped over 20 days ago is still not delivered. From 26 June the tracking status show 'out for delivery' and today is already 09/07/2025. On website tracking the number does not reflect and on the WhatsApp number '************ your parcel is out for delivery' - for days now - SKYNET IS NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

Bad Customer Service
I have boxes collected and delivered on a weekly basis. On the account there is numerous entries where the actual weight is much less then the billing weight. After numerous e-mails, no explanation has been received regarding the over charge Due to above, it was decided to rather use the prepaid service. After contacting Courier Guy due to non delivery, I was informed about a billing discrepancy. No contact from them prior to enquiry. Not by phone or e-mail. The amount due was paid immediately (real time and POP sent) but now, 4 days later, delivery is still not cleared - even though confirmation was given that the funds is reflecting in their bank. when calling, you get put on hold from the one person to another and then the call just gets dropped. I will in future only use the courier Guy if there is no other option available.

VODACOM repairs to Laptop under Warrantee - NO JOY
Lenovo Laptop, under warrantee handed in for repairs. Aug 2020. Paperwork (Invoice, Receipt, ..) handed to me on taking out contract, was incorrect causing issues to have repairs done. When following up, always promises but no joy and still no direct answer. Without Laptop for months now but still getting billed for full amount. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Bad bad service
Pathetic service!! My parcel was collected in Capetown 14 days ago and it is still not delivered and no one bothers to give me an answer via email / telephone. Other courier companies take 2-5 working days only!!
