Wrong order
I have ordered a book case which I choose on a catalog to my surprise on a day of delivery it's not the same size. Tonia the sales lady from Tzaneen told me she "thought" she ordered the one I wanted. I'm taking it back ASAP. POOR SERVICE

Customer rights
Can someone please assist me because I am going to pay Telkom for the rest of my life. I was owing Telkom R1944.53 and I have paid them R1 950 and I still receive an invoice that I'm owing them R54.00 which I believe it them who are now owing me.
