Contacted Pepsico on 19 April regarding the disgusting new Pronutro Chocolate, asked for a refund and had to send photos of the product, expration date etc. etc., got a claim number, had to provide my home address, promise to keep the packet and eventually just got an email from Tagen saying "Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the ProNutro New Generation range. We understand how noticeable changes can feel when a product has been part of your routine for a long time. The ProNutro New Generation range continues to provide plant‑based protein, energy, 13 vitamins and 4 minerals, now with reduced total sugar per serving, and meets the same quality and safety standards as all ProNutro products. While changes in taste, texture, or smell may not suit everyone, your experience is important and is reviewed as part of our ongoing product monitoring. Thank you again for reaching out. Please let us know if there is anything further you would like us to note." Basically case closed, go away and get used to the new product. I think the only thing more disgusting than the new Pronutro's taste and texture is their disgusting customer service. I am sure their future is going to be without MANY of the traditional customers.
R190 to ship a couple of solar connectors weighing less than half a kg from one side of Cape Town to another and wee later I am still waiting. Called them this morning early and still waiting for the promised call back to tell me where my parcel is. Considering Takealot would deliver for free in a couple of days and even Amazon would deliver next day for R1 or free in 2-3 days, these guys are giving Solar-Shop a terrible name. Perhaps they should consider new couriers or the next review would be about them and the terrible choice of couriers.
Unfortunately good quality service is not something you find everywhere in South Africa, but all I can say is thank you and well done to the team at Eco-Insulation. From getting the information and quotation and throughout the installation, everything was done with professionalism. Thank you for turning it into a good experience.
I gave this guy "Visuallife Gaming Tech" a bad rating because the service I received was terrible BidorBuy contacted me and asked whether I was happy with the product (which is a different issue all together)and swiftly removed my rating. I have been a member since 2004 and I cannot believe this. What is the reason for rating a seller then? The service I received still sucked and I will never buy from "Visuallife Gaming Tech" again and will recommend you don't either. I think it's time to rethink using BidorBuy in future as the ratings are skewed and cannot be trusted
So for the second time in a row my further lending application landing with the same consultant, and no surprise, zero feedback, no contact, not a word. Contacted support who after a day responded with an email stating that they would follow up and copied said consultant into the email asking to provide feedback. Nothing happens. This was first thing Thursday morning that they responded. By mid Friday afternoon, I sent another email to support about the fact that Neshnie still has not responded and still no response from support either. It seems like everyone gets the same terrible service though looking at the complaints on this platform, not just me.
These guys were just about becoming my one of my favorite online stores, until why messed up order number 52378 so bad, made a few apologies about misunderstandings about the minimum order quantity and then miscommunication "between us the warehouse and the supplier". Nonetheless here we are 18 days later and the don't even respond to queries anymore. Just total silence. End of that relationship.

Not only did I find the Solar battery I wanted at a much better price than elsewhere, it was delivered right to my garage for free. Thanks guys.
An online shop should have accurate stock counts. You cannot indicate items are in stock when it's not, and to make matters worse, do not respond to enquiries either
First time I made a major purchase at Tafelberg. My salesman must have heard the desperation in my voice when I called about a fridge/freezer after three days and as many visits from a so-called fridge specialist to just get my fridge repaired and failed. I received a call back after a few minutes letting me know he can have the fridge delivered same day, I did not even ask for this, but they definitely won me over as a long term client. Thanks Sean.
