Quick, easy claim process, from recording in the app to the assessment centre and then having the repairer make contact. Made a stressful time much easier to handle. Thank you to all who assisted us 🙂

Book a book terrible service
After 3 month of waiting to get my book, reporting them to the ombudsman and getting nowhere, I received an email saying my book would take up to another 8 weeks to arrive, if I wanted a refund they would do it. They reversed the charge on my credit card and I got my money back. For all who are in the same position email them on [email protected] and demand your money back. For people looking at using their services, please dont, it's a frustration you can save yourself from having. What an awful experience.

Awful service - bookabook
I placed an order on the 21/04/2022 and have still not received my order. I have e-mailed three times and called twice to be told that its in order and to be laughed at when I complain. What terrible service, please save yourself the trouble and don't use this business.

Please stay away from Bryanston Executive Cars
Terrible after sales service, don't buy from this dealership, vehicle had issues and to get the registration documents and plates was a nightmare, temporary license expired and they don't see the urgency in getting this matter sorted, they blame each other for inefficient service,

Sorbet Valley View - Wow
Went into Sorbet Valley View and was assisted by Tebogo. What an incredible experience. She explained the products I enquired about. She provided a sample of products that would compliment what I purchased. She made me feel so welcome and special. Thank you for the excellent service.
