Ordered an upgrade on my main contract line from the Vodacom online site and validated the upgrade was done on the correct number of my 4 contracts. Got confirmation via SMS confirming the upgrade. The phone was delivered in a few days, a week before the end of the month. At the end of the month the new contract was processed, but on the incorrect number, my data sim line that I had upgraded for another 24 months two months prior. Calling to get this resolved has been a nightmare. All the agents offer no real solution other than to return the contract items I was delivered, now that I have already wiped my old phone and given it away and after dealing with two different call centers and escalating the issue, they all promise it will be sorted out and then communication ceases. If I call the support line, I get an agent that can't help me, sends to another department or superior and we start the whole process again. It's been 21 days and I am no closer to sorting this out and seem to have no way to contact Vodacom directly to resolve this. The same upgrade on the wrong contract also happened two months prior using the site to perform the upgrade and that was resolved telephonically.
Ordered items off their Online Store. After receiving the 3 item found one was not what I had ordered. Tried to contact them via the Website twice, E-mail using the E-mail provided on the Website three times, via Facebook and Instagram and not a single response on any platforms after 10 days and counting. All positive reviews on the Facebook page are all spam reviews selling a service which tells me nobody even moderates or manages their social media, but a new post was posted a few days prior on their socials, so they are actively still marketing, just not too concerned over customer support.
Ordered online on the 3rd June and item was delivered via Courier the next day, well packaged with a handwritten Thank You note and 10% discount voucher. Great Service and they were also the cheapest for the Samsung Original Part purchased.
