With the mass amount of cars webuycars sells, you will experience lack in critical details that will cost you in the long run, that was what happened to me. No clear verbal reminder to pull out license with a license disk still valid for 9months only to get R800 penalty fee and needed to redo car roadworthy which was another R800... The bakkie I got was great but the attention to detail is something webuycars lacks in, also when contacting their customer service the call was dropped on me 4times an absolute nightmare to get someone to listen and help only to eventually be told I signed for it.
They don't deliver your item and don't respond to any message.
AA mechanical warranty, is by far the worst mechanical insurance to take out, I was with them for 4 years and every time I needed help and assistance it was a No, I basically just gave them monthly premiums for nothing. Please do not go with them!
I've been trying to cancel my order since the 4th June. Everyday I call Makro, everyday I get told my order is cancelled, the next day I call again I'm told my order isn't cancelled. How is this possible? Makro keeps telling me the seller doesn't want to cancel the order. I'm tired of calling everyday. Please cancel my order and refund me, how long is this going to take?
You know I've been busy with this order for almost a month now, the order wasn't delivered, I made another plan and now Makro can't get the order cancelled with the seller. I'm honestly exhausted with the trouble of just wanting to cancel and get my money back I've been calling since the 4th June everyday waiting 10-20min to get through and to ask my cancel my order everyday I get the same response seller is not responding to makro emails. Then I get an email saying they will deliver it's like makro is torturing me, like I want to cry how bad can this experience get. Makro online has no proper measures inplace to handle online orders - why torture your clients get your foundation right before you open online and cancel my order and get me my money back.
Makro replied on Hellopeter, and advised they will get back to me in 24-48hours is now 4days later and still no reply. Gosh I really just want my purchase, it's so frustrating. Makro online is the worst customer experience in the world, it's so pathetic man, I'm so regretful I made this purchase because my son has been waiting so long for his item I promised him. Absolutely atrocious, nothing works, emails, phone calls, hello Peter, nothing works!!
Do not purchase online with Makro, this was my first online order and definitely my last. I ordered a item on the 14 May and was told I'll get it between 7-10 business days. It's the 1st of June and I'm still waiting for my item. When I asked can they at least refund me my shipping cost for not honoring the delivery date they said wait 10-14 days. They basically just conveniently bought them more time, how can one item that's in stock take almost a month to be delivered. Definitely the worst online experience.
