Daughter send Mothersday present, with fragile written on package, from Middelburg, Mpumalanga to The Courier Guy main office in Cosmo Business Park, Cosmo City. Note that the Business I work for is directly next to The Courier Guy in the same Business Park. The Courier Guy in Cosmo City then send the package to Middelburg in Cape Town eventhough it stated clearly on the waybill the correct address. They cannot explain this total incompentancy fault and failure to deliver the service as promised. Showed on tracking the waybil the package was delivered. Went next door to collect and after +/- an hour waiting they then discovered package was send to Middelburg Cape Town. +/-3 days later again they say it is at the Cosmo Business main branch. Went there again and waited at least 45 minutes before a Courier Guy staffmember brought a box, totally opened not closed and you can see it is not the same package my daughter send. When asking why package was open, I only got a ***ue reply that goods inside were broken. I took photos and send it to my daughter. Her first question was where the pink bag was. Definitely on in the open box I received. I phoned their support department and asked to speak to a manager. Again no compentcy or any joy, because they did not want to put the call through to the manager. I lost my cool and they finally put me through too a Memzi. Again total incompentancy shown over the phone as well as knowledge how a courier company must be run. He said he will investigate after I send him the photos and very thing. Two days later I followed up, because he never came back to me. Said they cannot explain any of this. AGAIN NOT COMPETENT WORKERS AT THE COURIER GUY!!!!!! NO SERVICE PER THEIR PROMISE!!! ! !
Went twice to the branch at The Dome in Northgate, Gauteng. First time we picked up that the vehicles we were looking for which were on their website was hard to find even with a salesman. The way the parked the vehicles are in no sequence for us to find easy the vehicles. Not user friendly at all. The second time we actually phoned a head and made an appointment with Clint, on of the salesmen. When we got there it took him 10 minutes to come and greet us at the helpdesk. Without the keys for the vehicle we specifically called and came to look at. We said we would also like to look at another vehicle as well. He asked us for the last number of the stock code of the vehicle we booked to check and the other one. Then he took another 15 minutes, with us standing around waiting for him, only to come back and told us the one vehilce's keys are missing and it shows he was the last one booked it out on the 14/3/2022. We went and looked at the 1st vehicle we wanted to check and booked to check. My husband took it out for a test drive. I then saw also another bakkie for my husband to check before we make a decision. We asked him to fetch that keys as well. After about 10 minutes of waiting my husband got a call on his cellphone from Clint informing him that he will be there in 5 minutes because his other customers pitch up. My husband phoned him back and said that he is also a customer. Clinton came finally started the vehicle and walked away with out showing us properly the vehicle to move another vehicle for another customer. My husband switched the vehicle off and gave the key to another salesman at the back where the offices are because Clinton was no where to be found. Both times very bad service were delivered and I will not refer any potential customer to WeBuyCars at the Dome. I found the owner on Facebook and left the same type message as what I am leaving on here and till today no reply!. Final word I must say that the Germiston Branch service is much better than this one!
Had a claim. Gave them all the details of the party who was the caused of the accident as well as proof and witnesses contact details. After nearly 2 years got now a reply they cannot do anything. Always had to email them for feedback. Did put the claim to them on the right time not late but zero help to get the excess of the Culprit and the Company who's truck it was!!!!!!!!
