What a bad experience…i just bought the special of R399 2 triple decker,one being meaty nd the other chicken. I’m so disappointed by the service I’m getting from Godfrey the salesman, I bought a bed on the 26/02/2024 and it was delivered on a Saturday 02/03/2024. Ever since I started using the bed my body is always sore, the is a noise on a bed every time I do a movement.i called Godfrey nd complain about the bed he told me to put the mattress on a floor nd take another video, of which I failed to understand because when I sleep the mattress is not on floor is on the base. I responded to him nd told him I don’t have time to do all that because I did send him a video of the bed making noise, ever since then he doesn’t even bother to check or send ppl from factory to come investigate more about the bed nd now the bed is worse.
I have a problem with capitec bank,is now the second time my money went missing and they tell me it a digital purchase that I don't even know.they can't even trace that.i didn't lost my card and I didn't do any purchase. Secondly I got unauthorized debit orders from African Bank the debit order went through without my authorization how I don't know. How possible is this...

Cell c store in Alberton city and their repair company the treatment and fraud happening is out of words. I took my smart watch on the 15th March, the watch does switch on but doesn't respond to functions , after few days I received an sms confirming that the device was booked in for repair and I should call for a quote. I called them and they told me that the device has physical damage and I should pay R2300. I denied and went to the shop because my device never had physical damage only small scrache on the edge and that won't even cause the watch from switching on. I went to the shop and ask what is exactly happening because my watch was not physically damaged, the sales lady called the repair company telling them the condition of the phone and the reason for repair. They said they'll sort it out and come back to me. No one called me, I'm the one who's busy with follow up they told me that their waiting for technician from Huawei to check the device. Today I went and nothing has been happening my watch has never been attended to but I'm paying every month, device warranty expiring on the 3rd of August 2022.im so disappointed cell c is so unprofessional especially the one in Alberton city.
