Suspected ****mers. Ripe Pickings.
Baught and paid for item online however, I canceled the order before it was shipped. After emailing them, they approved my refund with the standard provision of 7 to 10 day processing time. With no refund beyond the 10 days and after several e mails, I got a reply to say that the refund has been escalated to their finance department. Still no refund and again no reply to my e mail

I had a very bad experience with this company, I ordered a smar****ch last year 07/11 from them for the value of R405, smar****ch was z56 smar****ch that I ordered, but didn't receive the watch or any form of explanation, no money was refunded back into my account. They are obviously professional ****mers who prey on others money to succeed but may the Lord bless them with their wrongdoings unto others.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to order a smart watch for my niece since 22/12. They sent me an email after Christmas stating the watch is no longer in stock, even though it still reflects "in stock" on their website. They nicely said they were gonna send me other options. I still haven't received any other options. I have requested a refund. Still haven't received my refund. I even escalated the matter. Still no service. They don't have a contact number. Everything is on mail. No you know why they don't have contact numbers. It's a NEVER AGAIN for me! Watch out.

I placed an order of smart watches a month ago. After seeing the same set of watches on takelot for a much cheaper price, l emailed the company to cancel my order and request a refund. It has been over a month, they only repond by claiming they will escalate the matter.

Unfulfilled paid order for over 3 months
I ordered 4 smart watches in September. The order hasn't moved. It's still on paid status, no contact numbers whatsoever to enquire. This is a **** website, do not buy from them
