I have been travelling with Intercape from 2017 from Durban to either Gauteng or Cape Town. Now , my this years travel are a nightmare with Intercape and I regret not to recommend them no more. It is really frustrating to travel with them and I hope they do find a way to solve their issues or otherwise they know what’s coming because they are in a customer service centric business.

On the 03/01/2022 Rushande. B from takealot team could not resolve the matter. I then made a follow up call of which Fezeka. X from takealot team could not be of assistance either.
