Don't upgrade for claims.
I was told I couldn't claim due to my plan level and that I should upgrade then re-submit my claim. I upgraded, re-submitted, and was told it is a pre-existing claim and rejected it.

Don't order online or have them order it in store from Cape Town.
If I could advise you anything about this store it would be to only buy something that is available in-store, never order it. The stuff takes 3 months and more to deliver and the quality is not worth it!

Definitely worth every cent!
I ordered from them the 17th of April, by the 22nd I emailed them on a update. They responded to me very quickly and assured me that it will be delivered in 2-4 days. I received my package the morning of the 24th of April. Will definitely order from them again!
