This is what happened to me: - During the free trial period (7 or 9 days if memory serves), the first instalment would have been deducted upon completion. - I decided not to continue the service, and cancelled before the trial expired. - Then for a whole month after that, the service was cancelled and no deductions were made, which is normal. - Then the second month comes around and suddenly the account is active just in time for the funds to be deducted. - Now they blame auto renew for this behavior and try to blame it on my for not removing auto renew. Cancelling my entire subscription overrules whether or not auto renew was active. Auto renew definitely should not be able to overrule my decision to cancel my own subscription, then re-activate my subscription, especially not without even informing me of the activation and upcoming fund deduction.
Customer service is some of the best i've seen in so many years! I required urgent post-booking changes, and it was handled quickly and professionally. Usually, with other companies, support via email takes a long time and rarely yields results. I would use Airlink every time from now on.
2 Weeks since ive placed my order, not a single communication from them. The order has been paid in full. Emails are never answered and calls are always put on hold. This is just like any other ****. They are so eager to take your money and then you dont hear from them again.
The app is probably the slowest app i have ever seen. Always problems while using any of their apps. Extremely expensive for such terrible service.
Worst courier experience ever! Customer support never responded to any queries. Online live chats never got any response from agents. Delivery date lapsed without any information. Even when status eventually reached "Out For Delivery" status, nothing happened. After sitting around all day waiting for delivery, the system only updated AFTER 5pm, stating that there was a problem. Expecting me to sit around all day again and wait for delivery. Collection would have been faster, easier, more efficient and i would have missed less work.
While i am billed for a 10Mbps connection, i never get more than 2Mbps. What is the use of paying for 10Mbps if i cant even get close to it? More often than not, i resort to using my phone as a hotspot. Absolutely unacceptable!! I have given Telkom more than a year to resolve this and still no improvement. I will be cancelling their services and switching ISP to someone who actually provides what i pay for.
