Unsatisfied and Disappointed with Wise Banks Conduct of my account

I saw there is a couple of complaints simular to my situation on Hello Peter!! I will be sending my Complaints to the following Banking Authorities FCA, PEA, FSCS and FOS. The manner That wise is dealing with this is Unacceptable!! Up to now I have no reason of why my account was closed and how long (Time frame) that will take to receive my refund after launching a dispute and asking for a refund. If you had any intent to close my account due to the way I was handeling my account or any unsatisfied transactions proceeds or what ever reason, this should have been communicated with me prior to closing my account and before I have nominated my account with Wise to receive funds for a business transaction. I received a email from wise informing me that my account is closed and without any prior notification of their intention to do so. But only after I have received funds and send the funds to my FNB account also in my Business name, my account was closed and the funds transfer was canceled. Just after I had a client pay me through wise and now Wise are holding the funds and refuse to give me a reason and a time frame for it to be resolved, only that a Due Diligence is being performed. What Due diligence, was rh8s not Support to have been din when I opend my account or if so then ask me for an Invoice and Contract with my client??? Then I got a mail after launching a dispute saying the refund has been made. But the tracking of the funds was stuck and when I enquired, the agent told me it will take a couple of days, nobody knows how long or why, only that they are performing a due diligence.... My Business is now severely influenced by this!! This is unacceptable!! I will launch a complaint on every social media platform I can to warn people against the business operations of wise!!!!
