I’d like to know if a hairdryer blows up while you using it is it a factory fault, no matter the age of the product? This is the 2nd EHC Hairdryer I’ve had that has blown up and had fire coming out of it. Safety issue and dangerous. I won’t buy their products ever again. They say they can’t replace it and don’t have parts to repair it. Shame on them.
Dear MTN I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received an SMS on 28.4.2025 informing me my contract has expired. I would be charged R25.00 extra on a month to month basis. I upgrade on 29.4.2025 at Cradlestone Mall and see that the R25.00 has already been added to my account. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I called 135 on the 28th to upgrade only to be told it’s a holiday and I must call next day. How can you charge me a whole month of R25.00 when I have upgraded a day later. I am a pensioner and the fact that we already faced an increase then this also gets added to my account. I sent an email to your complaints department Asking them to reverse this only to be told my next account will be end of May with the new contract amount. What I would like to confirm is do your complaint department understand my complaint. I want this R25 reversed as I never used my phone out of contract for a month, how can you charge me for a month out of contract?? I will go to the consumer council if it’s not reversed. I hope you understand that!
I bought jungle oats in the plastic type of bag, I only noticed the worms on the outside of the bag when i got home. Hoping they weren't in the bag I added milk to cook it and it was full of weavils. I called Tiger Brands sent them pics on WhatsApp as requested and still waiting for some sort of reply. This isnt the first time I've found moths or worms in their oats. So disgusting and **** service.
Sassa must be the most incompetent place on planet earth. They never answer phones. They'll answer emails ask for ID and details of the problem but they never come back to you with a solution or any help. I've been trying to do my grant online since beginning of February and it's still incomplete. How many times must a person go to the bank for updated statements and SAP for docs to be commissioned? Get your act together and do your job.
My word has MTN fallen off the face of the earth. I have emailed, sent msg on messenger, Complained on Facebook and tried calling they just disappeared and so has my data they credited me with yesterday, just gone just like that. So sick and tired of their bad service but they sure making money from us during lockdown. BUT NO SERVICE!!
This company is the worst to deal with. I bought a bed last year from them and it started to get holes in it. They said they’ll exchange it and I paid extra for a Sealy. They said it was on order 19.2.2020they then offered me a top of the range Sealy because I waited too long. The bed was delivered on Friday 13.3.2020 and it was dirty and smelly and the base was damaged. I sent it back the next day and asked for a refund. I’m still waiting and sleeping on my couch cause I’m without a bed. This is disgusting service and when I phone they talk to me like I’m a pest but if I don’t pester them I’ll never get this refund
