The alley road, a corporate entity managing Illovo country estate have been swindling tenants of their hard work money, the place is a ****** **** of a hostel disguised in the name of an estate, since 1 February 2026, tenants have been countless power outages with no explanation from the company, in return they feed us lies and since then no Temporary to full term countermeasure have been put in place, it is also alleged that this company is engaged in ******* electrical connections hence today as we speak we don't have electricity, i have lost R4500 replenishing all the rotten groceries i bought because of this inconvenience, but seemingly nobody from Alley roads management wants to account for....
Moving into this facility gotta be the worst nightmare, moved in a day ago from PTA and nobody actually bothered to tell me that there’s electricity issues in the facility, false adverti*****t at its best , the caretaker not the office staff care to respond to your queries, they ******* me into moving into this devils den..they disgusting.. no way I’m staying in this facility next month. Can’t even charge my phone not to mention cold showers in this cold water
i had a 2 years contract with Cell C legally, however after contract ended, Cell C continued debiting my account without prior authorization from me, they told me if i dont call to cancell the contract it automatically get reinstated however the tele markerter who called did not clarify that and it was evident from the recording they retrieved that i was in the right. one of their agent called and acknowledged that they are in the wrong, and a follow up email was sent to me with an instruction to send my 3 month banking statement so that they can process a refund they even supp**** me with a case number, its been 2 months now im not getting my refund and when i call im not getting any assistance and most of their customer care agents are rude and impatient with the clients.....Cell C its just a piece of work with poor service delivery and knows and understand nothing about customer satisfaction.
On the 28th of March 2019 I bought a 2011 GOLF VI GTI DSG from Rhockem motors, and the a day later I started experiencing problems with the car when it was flicking a temperature light and the engine light was also on and then Anton Kanemeyer the then sales Rep advised me to bring in the car so that they can look at it. It turns out the water pump was not working properly and it was leaking, then I took back the car and apparently they fixed it however the check engine light was still on and I took it upon myself to take my car to VW Arcadia for diagnostics and then told me that my car has injector Claude and all the injectors need to be changed ASAP before they damage the vehicle even further. When I contacted Jacque the big boss I met up with him and the only thing he did was to put injector cleaning liquid and dis regard the report from VW and then hours later I told him that his tricks are not working and then he told me where to get and bluntly told me that he wont be able to assist me and I can go report where ever I want. All these problems are happening within few weeks I purchased the vehicle until recently when I went to VW and they advised me to report the matter to Nedbank MFC and then Nedbank referred me to MIOSA. Their attitude stinks and they have no respect for other mans hustle, I would never ever recommend anyone to do business with them.
