We bought 2' mi tv sticks at R800 each. After about 20 minutes it starts to reboot loop. Took it back, they refused us a refund, did some own updates, got it back, still same issue and still they refuse a refund. What ever happened to the consumer protection act. Should we add another couple of thousand rands to our name an take it to our lawyer, they treat you like ****, we, the clients who are the sole reason for their existence. I don't get is. Well. I will get my lawyer on them!!!!!
It seems that a parcel can take 1 day to clear customs, then be left unattended for 5 days, before even getting to a sorting facility, then another week just lay there before been sent out for delivery! This must be THE WORST courier, such a SHAME AMAZON uses the, as I will INSIST another service when buying from amazon ever again.
When we decided to move out of Gauteng to Jbay, we investigated for more than a month to get the best internet providers down there. We decided to go with AXXESS - BIGGEST MISTAKE! They guaranteed us a JUST DSL 20MB connection, and telkom was even fast to make an appointment. Telkom openserve came a day early and installed the line in the wrong location - axxess just says it's not their problem, and also can't change the installation. Further more our line not even syncs at 5MB, and we are lucky if we get 3MB down, and 0,25MB up. Axxess asked me for screen shots, so I sent 2 (speedof.me and speedtest) upon which they replied - No I must use this link - wblv.spdtst.saix.net/speedtest-master What a joke. It took 15 minutes to get the screenshot from the cat5 connected pc to the laptop upon which the axxess controll panel lies - just so I can send this screen shot which syncs at 0,61MB down. I also can't downgrade my 20MB service because it was ordered on a promo, so I have to pay for 20MB until the end of MAY2021. When I phone to ask to speak to the manager, I get told they will not speak to me unless I tell them what it is about, and the more I tell the call center agent to just read all the tickets, the more they want to know why I want the manager. If your call center staff is trained properly first of all on your products, and have basic knowledge of how things actually work which they are to give support on, and secondly treat a client as a client, and not as someone they have to deal with to get paid you will get a lot more done. AXXESS promised us a 20MB Just DSL and we are more than happy to pay for the service, but getting not even 1MB down, and not willing to downgrade us is merely daylight robbery.
Words can not express how grateful I am with what they accomplished! In under 7 hours they moved my domain and website from another SP to their own servers. Unbelievable!
