Do not book with edreams they will charge you R195.00 per month for membership and you will struggle to cancel the agents do not listen. The only way is to cancel your card. Bad service and rude call center agents

Bad service in a nice setting
Beautiful setting so spoilt by the smell of feces. Service was appalling although the young new waiter tried his best. No price for the wine which was "house wine" and served at R285.00 per bottle - retail price R139.00 Sorry will not be back or recommend this venue. Food was good but overpriced.

Locksmith
Locked my self out of the back security gate. Called Discovery, they sent a locksmith to open the gate within two hours. Lock fixed and new lock sorted with new keys. Great service from Aretha

Discovery Card Fraud
Hi There, On the 4th December 2019 i was working at my home office and i saw an sms come through for R990.00 MTN (or similar amount). I thn saw an amount for R5600.00 come through so i immediately called Discovery Card Division and told them that someone was using my Discovery Card (which was in my possession) and trying to defraud money. I was assisted and the gentlemen told me that the R990.00 had acctually not gone off my card but that the R5600.00 had in fact gone off my card. I immediately stopped the card and Discoveru sent me a new card within three days. (Good Service) However, after many phone calls and follow ups i heard nothing. I eventually called fraud division and filled out forms and scanned my card which never left my possession. I followed up again last week and was put through to FNB complaints. I received a letter stating that the R5600.00 will not be reversed as a OTP was used. How is this possible if i had the card and my phone with me at all times and i had called Discovery to cancel the card so the R5600.00 could not go through. Discovery were very good at cancelling the card but too slow to stop the R5600.00 from going through. I have the card still and i was not out shopping i was at home working. Bad service and very bad follow up from Discovery. Thanks Ann
