Bad customer service
The customer service provided it appalling I first spoke to Anitha who hung up on me then received a call back from Mary who was also unbothered about my concerns who also did not want to hear the concerns faced as we have had no electricity for the past 4 days I was promised a call back from Nokuthula Jasmine a manager who has still not called back provided the reference numbers as we reported numerous times Im not happy with the customer service provided its very bad what I faced I would not wish it on any one

Boxer Newtown
I was at Inanda Newtown Boxer Super Star and I bought 2kg braai pack when I cooked it it I recognized it was off when I checked the expiry date it was 30/08/2024 hence I bought it on 21/10/2024 and when I returned with the chicken and the receipt plus the package with the expiry date for the 30th of Augast I couldn't get a refund. I'm very disappointed how could you even sell braai pack that expired 2 months ago????

Poor service
I claimed my provident fund on the 16 of October they said its 6 to 8 weeks and theres no feedback whatsover and now they not even answering our calls

PATHETIC SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THERESSA AMON via call centre.My granny received a message written,Thank you for your request Sorry to see yo go.yet no request was sent she confirmed everything but she was not willing to help
