The rewards are not very rewarding. They make all these promises to get you to sign up but you have to jump through hoops, activate benefits, do unnecessary admin or do extra things like getting a bank account with Discovery or doing additional checks and assessments in order to obtain discounts. If it wasn't for me needing to access the pool at the gym, I'd be gone from vitality. I wanted to use my sportsgear benefit today but you first need to access vitality rewards benefits and then do an age check requiring health information not immediately available to me, and a health check before you can get a QR code to actually use this benefit. It really should not be this hard and inaccessible.
I signed up for Sanlam Reality, where a monthly fee gets you access to certain benefits. I joined to access Tax Tim for free as a benefit. However, Sanlam has now introduced a prompt where you have to consent to giving them a 'high level financial summary' of your taxes and agree to a phone call by a financial advisor to give you guidance. IT IS NOT A BENEFIT IT IS A TRAP. I'm cancelling, except the app is currently not working, so I will call in tomorrow.
First time purchasing from them online and I was very happy with my order. Great service and prices.
I've only had the burger special but more times than I can count. Yummy food, good prices and great service.
Great restaurant. Lovely pizzas and good service.
Great ideas and specialty items but very poor quality control. The words on my book angled downwards to the right rather than being put on straight, socks either damaged or unfinished in 3 places. I don't feel great about giving these gifts to my groom for our wedding especially since its our special day and he is also appreciative of nice things. Very disappointing. If business could improve quality control it could be really great.
Second time disappointed. Last time I ordered a sports bra in my size and it wouldn't even go over my head. This time it's ruined Christmas cards, poorly packaged, a bikini bottom with discharge on it and a t-shirt stamped with ink on the neckline by runway sale, who had stamped the woolies label with theirs, without care for the product or what was given to the customer. Horrible service and terribly disappointing. I most likely won't support them again after this.
I went to Clay Cafe in the city. The experience was lovely but the products were not. Poor quality final products that seemed to be sloppily handled during the drying and glazing process. Products came back with little marks, flaws and colours not placed there by ourselves. The website says that products are donated after 3 weeks if not collected then. We waited about 3 months for ours to be ready for collection and although it's a nice reminder of a memory, it was a major anti climax, lots of waiting follow up and then receiving something less than the expected quality. It was not my first time at Clay Cafe. The quality is just not the same. I'd recommend you try a smaller business instead.
Great products for women, great service and great quality.
Always reliable, and when products have been faulty in the past, they collected it every time and returned a new one. They have quick deliveries.
