COMPASSION AND SWIFT SERVICE FROM BATTS APPLIANCE
Good service and excellent communication were delivered on short notice. A lot of respect and compassion for my situation was experienced. A newborn baby was die to come home and they tried to fix it before arrival. When insuccessful the offered a loan unit to ensure that the diabetes medicine would not be compromised. Thank you, Battzs appliances Charles, and personnel for Excellent Service!!!!

This little company has been in business for many years in the creating of Concrete images/animals/flowers on walls, Sculptures, Steel designs, in particular exclusive designed gates, structures, screens and many more. The products and service Villa Rides Arts offers, are Designr Gates, Fencing, Wall and Garden Features, Steel Furniture, Ornamental & Decorative Home sculptures and Accessories, Cement and Resin Sculptures, Relievo's, Exclusively designed cement pots, Paint techniques, Walls, Floors, Rock Art and more. No design is duplicated again. The owner strives to serve the needs of the customer with regard to every requirement and finer detail. Special care and personal work by the owner, ensures a product that is visibly more rewarding than any commercialised item. Sculptures on walls without the cement ever falling from the wall is admirable. Creating 3D sculptures are amazing and represents the real animal, being it a sable or elephant tusk. Bookings disappearing as staying on line with FlySafair
As a frequent flyer - even when choices of airlines were available - I would choose FlySafair above competitors. It is sad to see how they are relentless in their pricing now that no other airline is available. After 37minutes waiting to be assisted I also had to pay an additional R3000 after buying a ticket for R2100 because I needed to add a 6 year old and there was no seat available on the flight. I was literally looking at the screen where it showed seat availability but apparently while waiting to be assisted the flight was fully booked. I honestly feel that this could have been handled better. I also suggest FlySafair revisit their approach to Pensioners travelling with grandchildren and the total process of making use of privileges ie Sanlam Reality. I think this process should receive definate attention to simplify bookings in this regard.

Good experience at Two Oceans Aquarium
As I am visiting the Aquarium regularly, at least every second month with a 3 year old and sometimes including a 6 year old I decided to invest in membership status for all 5 of us - what a good decision. It is an absolute reward to be able to skip the ques. There are constant changes on every visit, and not knowing all the reasons for the changes ie removal of the big crabs, Bob the Turtle and The Nemo Tower, I believe that this is to create an even better experience. The kids play area is also a firm favourite and I have been attending a lot of puppet shows. Each of these shows results in participating and exciting children. Today I had an incident with the vending machine in the play area - I am happy to report that the floor personnel were very assisting and even allowed us to move to the penquin feeding while they sort my problem. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my item while attending the penguin feeding. Thank you for good service, an excellent and informative experience and looking forward to our next visit!

TAH Kenridge team, from the moment I enter the front door friendly faces greets me and assists in all my questions. I had my little yorkie spayd and my experience was one of excellence, knowledge, care, clarity, and good advice. Aftercare was well explained and a follow up email made my experience even more memorable. Joining the TAH medical plan was a perect suggestion and I thank you immensely for that privilege. NEVER TRY TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT/CREDIT CARD
Receiving 2 calls daily for the past 4 months I am absolutely disgusted that Standard Bank is not able to close my credit card. They supplied me with a settlement amount, I paid it in full, now apparently they found old cards (according to my knowledge and supported by emails, that the accounts was merged into one account) that is still outstanding. And after speaking to 20+ persons and telling the same story repeatedly Standard bank is still unable to resolve my issue. I have screenshots of calls on a daily basis, and I have requested Standard Bank to go back to their recordings as indicated by the representative every time, but they are just not willing to do so! I am so fed up with this! Then going on to the website to find a telephone number to contact the Manager of Tyger Valley Branch and the Main Branch in Johannesburg says: How do you spell that? I cannot give you a number but I can connect you - to no avail! After being a business and private customer of Standard Bank for the past 23 years and actually proud of being a Standard Bank customer I am sad to say - STAY AWAY! STANDARD BANK IS NOT ABLE TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT LET ALONE A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT!
